Custom built on an acre of land, it faces a pastoral Cranberry Bog and has a large yard and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The Cape Cod Trail Bike area is a four minute ride away - as are the public tennis courts, a public golf course and the playing field for the infamous Cape Cod League Baseball Games! Our community center is directly across the street from the League Field and has a wonderful Game Room for the occasional rainy day. n nOur home is airy, spacious and has all of the comforts that you will need for a Cape Vacation! Beach chairs, toys and related materials such as books, games and videos are included and we also have a standing basketball hoop in the driveway. There is a lovely covered deck area off of the kitchen/living room area with seating, an outdoor hot water shower - and our property is on a private and quiet road. A new brick patio faces the backyard and has a grille area and seating. A four minute walk down our street will bring you to public conservation land which is a wonderful place for walking, biking, bird watching or berry picking. n nOur new brick patio has just been installed, and is lovely for relaxing after a day at the beach with seating and a new grille.
