Description:This great, modern beachfront condo allows you to be on your own private beach within just 20 minutes from the Cancun airport. It is located in Palma Real, a private boutique condominium just a short walk south of the fishing village of Puerto Morelos. It is located between Playa del Carmen and Cancun in the Riviera Maya. Puerto Morelos is a unique, quaint fishing village only about a 5 minute walk from the condo. The town square is located in front of the beach with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There are always taxis available and cost $3-4 each way. It has some of the most beautiful wide, soft sandy beaches in the Riviera Maya! Everyday you can watch the spectacular sunrise, hear the tranquil sound of the surf and feel the constant fresh tropical ocean breeze. Palma Real is a two year old, three story, L-shaped building located on the beach behind the port. There are no salesmen and no planes advertising parties. The pool deck contains about twenty teak lounge chairs with cushions and side tables. They sit alongside the infinity pool that also contains a twelve person heated whirlpool. The Palma Real has a 24 hour security guard with a gated entrance. The condo has a large kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. There is a laundry room that has a washer/dryer, iron & board. The living room has comfortable furniture with a large built in cabinet that holds a queen size Murphy bed, TV and DVD player, with cable and wireless internet and an I-pod speaker base. Mismaloya beach is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, and there is a direct access walking path from the pool area to the sand of Mismaloya beach. Set within the Condos La Jolla de Mismaloya complex, Mismaloya Beach Condo is in the far western tower #7, which has only rocks and ocean below, rather than the public pool areas in front of towers 5 and 6. This location provides a nice quiet enjoyment of the view, with the sound of the ocean surf below. Condo #7106 has been recently remodeled, featuring marble floors, granite kitchen and modern furnishings. It is perfect for two persons in one bedroom, with a sofa bed in the living room for up to two small children. It is also right next door to a large open area, with a shaded outdoor jacuzzi. This open area and jacuzzi are away from the main pool area, and not used by many people, so it's almost like it's your own private outdoor area! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern SS appliances, plates, glasses, silverware, etc and the bathrooms and bedroom have towels/full linens, with maid service three times a week, included in the rate. The condo complex is very well known in the area, as it sits uniquely on one side of the cove, facing the Night of the Iguana peninsula, offering great coastal views, as well as beach and ocean views and fantastic sunset views year-round! In addition to the lighted tennis court, oceanfront pool, two outdoor jacuzzi and two indoor gyms, there is an on-site outdoor restaurant, great for outdoor dining as well as providing room service for the condos.
