Laundry shop at the corner. downstair you will find a fantastic french bakery, a great japanese restaurant, an italian pizzeria, a 24 hour salad and sandwich shop, citibank, flower shop, fruit vendor, newspaper magazine shop, laundry shop does pickup and drop off service located at the corner of the block, 24 hour Mcdonld, UPS store, juice shop, more bakery and deli and Subway sandwiches shop, chinese restaurants across the street. supermarket 2 blocks up deliver to the building. Laundrymat is downstair next to building entrance! Midtown major shopping area and large department store Bloomingdale at 60 and 3rd avenue is only 1 subway stop away or 10 minutes walk. MOMA Museum 2 subway stop down, Metropolitan museum 2 subway stop up on 6 train. When client call us from the airport, we will head over to the apartment to meet the client for deliver key and give them information about the neighborhood on check in date! One time maid cleaning service and washing fee to be paid in cash upon check in ( this fee is never included in the special offered price nor rent collected by Airbnb on behalf of NYC SUITE HOME INC!) : $110 for 2 sets of bedding and towels for upto 4 people. $130 for 3 sets of bedding and towels for 5- 6 people. Check in and check out outside normal office hour ( after 9pm or before 9am ) will incur a surcharge of $30, client will pay this fee in cash to staff that meet them for check in to reimburse staff for taxi back and fore to the apartment.
