Description:Going to Groningen for any reason to spend the second week of may there? Not in mood to stay in hotel all the time? My little house is available, as I am going to Marocco! The house is situated in one of the most pitoresque streets of Groningen (everybody says so)! The smal house has one living room, smal kitchen and bathroom and one sleeping room upstairs. There is a sleeping couch for two people downstairs and one double bed upstairs, blankets and sheets all available. I have no tv, only wifi avalilable in the whole house and garden. The city centre is about 10 minutes walk/3 minutes cycle, the only shoping street of Groningen about 5/1 and there are two supermarkets in 5 minutes walk distance. The central station is just around the corner, walking in 5 minutes. You can book for a night, weekend, week of the whole period, the price is also available from that, like how many nights/people are coming to spent. I left my bike here, so that is one bike available all the time and you can easily walk, or hire one at the central station. the washing machine is available, and the small retro oven is also in! wil put more foto's soon if you are looking for a place to spent holidays in the foreign city and stil feeling welcome and home, that you already found a right place! I have also pets. I have two birds, lovely java finches, but they can be removed if you wish so. The cage is upstairs in the sleeping room, but if you do not like the birds, I can remove them easily to one of my neighbour. if you have any other question, please let me know... more info >>

Description:My house is located perfectly in the North of Holland. Within 15 minutes you are in the center of Leeuwarden. A nice small city with lot's of cultural festivals. It's also really easy to get to the Frisian Islands by bus. This sweet house is on the ground floor and has a small sunny garden. I'm a little bit of an artist and one can see that at my place! All the basic are there It has a small kitchen with a fridge you can use. A cosy bedroom with a nice bed. In the livingroom is a computer with DVD player and internet one can use. You can borrow my bike to get around. And if you need advice, one of my friends lives nextdoor! Some information about myself: I am a young woman who loves to see the world and meet new people! I like art, music, festivals and musea. The apt. is situated in the lovely Scheepsvaartkwartier right next to the authentic harber of the city: Parkhaven. The view from the apartment is amazing as your are looking over one of the broadest streets in Rotterdam. Right next door you can find museumpark the Kunsthal designed by Rem Koolhaas is a 2 minute walk. All shops are approximately a 5-10 minute walk and the nicest street in Rotterdam - the Witte de Withstraat - is right around the corner. The apt. is 65m2 in total and I'm letting my bedroom and living room (I will keep my smaller room to stash some stuff) which are 55m2 in total. The bathroom and toilet are separate and there is also a smaller space to stash your stuff. The apt. includes cable and the city's fastest internet, since it's connected to a fiberglass network. Description:The Aldebaran is just in wintertime (half november till the end of March available in Rotterdam! OUR SHIP THE ALDEBARAN The Aldebaran is a traditional sailing vessel (36 Meters long), which is almost 120 years old. We made an comfortable cosy place of the formal cargo hold, with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, an athmospheric living and a kitchen for 8 till 30 guests. WINTERTIME: ROTTERDAM CENTRE The ship is, from november till april, moored in a very quiet part of the centre of Rotterdam (Stadsdriehoek). The mooring place is near the Maritime Museum and the Harbour Museum, in between a lot of old traditional (museal) ships. GROUPACCOMMODATION The minimum price to rent the ship with a group is € 1125 for 2 nights. This price is based on 2 nights with 15 persons. Each extra person will pay € 50. This is exclusive duvet and towels. It's possible to rent these for € 10 per person/ week. You can make your own breakfast and dinner in the big kitchen. (All cleaning devices are present though). Since it is possible that we are not going to meet you, you will meet our lovely neighbours instead, who will give you the keys, and show you around in the building. You can always knock on their door, if you need any help. Please note that we are on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. But don't worry, the apartment is in a new building with a reasonably sized staircase. Since we are students don't expect a luxurious apartment, it is basic, but very cosy and perfect for young couples, or small groups of friends.
