Description:Available for short or long term lets a detached and furnished villa. The ground floor consists off outside patio area and inside is an open plan dining/lounge/kitchen area. Downstairs toilet also. On the 1st floor there is the main bathroom with 3 double bedrooms all with doubed beds and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom also has a small balcony. On the 2nd floor there is an open roof terrace with covered sink and workspace area along with a bbq. There is an onsite cafe/bar along with main pool and childrens pool. There is a shuttle boat that runs several times daily to the beach and weekly bus to the supermarket. About 15mins from the centre of Sarigerme where shops bars restaurants and more can be found. The town of Ovacik, is close to the historic town of Fethiye, with its harbour and shops. A few kilometres away is the famous Olu Deniz beach, with the Blue Lagoon, ideal for scuba diving. The small town of Hisaronu with its bustling night life is only a short walk away. We are also situated near the Lycian way, a famous walk, taking in some of Turkey's breath taking scenery. The fantastic ancient ruins of Ephesus and Pammukale are only a few hours drive away, and tours can be arranged through various tour operators in the resort. You can also take the ferry to the Greek Island of Kos direct from Altinkum. Cost approx £30. The ancient ruin of Apollo Temple is only a 10 minute journey by Dolmus, found just outside of Altinkum. The local shop is only a minute walk away providing you with your basic groceries. Larger supermarkets can be found in Altinkum, (Dolmus drops you off outside)! There are a many restaurants in walking distance from the apartment, but most restaurants in Altinkum offer a car service where they will collect and take you back home for nothing! Banks and the Post Office also found in Altinkum. The best place to change your money is in the Jewellery Shops. NB.
