Description:We have a ground floor apartment with a grassed area around the main balcony which is off the lounge and has a view of the pool. There is a smaller balcony off the main bedroom. 10 mins from the beach. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, large wardrobe which has plenty of drawers, also a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, 2 door wardrobe with drawers. Both rooms have air conditioning. Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, sink with vanity unit. Kitchen: In the kitchen there is a large fridge/freezer, full gas oven with gas and electric hob. Kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery. Living Rooms: Living room has a corner suitewith a double bed settee. There is a TV with satellite and DVD player, we have various films for adults and children and we also have games for the children. Air conditioning in all rooms. Other: There is a large balcony off the lounge with views of the pool, and a smaller 1 off the double bedroom. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided, we ask you to bring your own beach towels. if your stay is for 2 weeks and you would like a linen change there will be a charge of £15. This apartment is suitable for couples and children. There are steps to the apartment so may not be suitable for some people. Outside There is a grassed area just off the main balcony which has table and chairs which will seat 6, the balcony has a view of the swimming pool. This is a large pool and has 2 childrens sections within the main shared pool. There is a smaller pool on phase 2.There are also 3 other pools on the complex which can be used. We have a 100 seater restaurant with roof terrace, mini market, Turkish baths, gym, hairdressers and games room. There is also mini golf on phase 2. It's probably the best location in whole website. Istiklal Avenue, Sadri Al k street, its very central. The flat is right at Center of Taksim. Which is close to anywhere you'd like to visit. In my opinion for young people or whoever feels young its the best option. Listing is for Bedroom and of course you'll also use common areas too... Here we have a building full of young people. You'll have your own room inside it. And one more thing, you'll be able to learn many places from an architect (me).You can have great time in here. Description:Right in the Centre of Kusadasi Town, this is a very rustic turkish style Mews House which has one double size bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which can cope with 2 persons or another bed can be brought in to accomodate 4. It has a shower room and you will share the Kitchen in the Main House and also the Roof terrace which gives you totally amazing sea Views of the harbour area and beyond and makes for a very nice area to have a barbecuetoo or just hang out up there in the evenings. If you are a party of more people, you can be accomodated also in the main house. Parking is available if you require it. The accomodation is up a steep number of steps, so as a result may not be suitable for those who are not physically mobile. Everything you need is minutes walk away and it is a good base also for visiting Ephesus and other attractions in the area. there are internet cafes in the centre within easy reach or you are welcome to use the one in the Main House in an emergency. There is an open fireplace in the living area. The Bars and nightlife are literally 2 minutes walk away. There are sunbathing areas down by the harbour and pidgeon island which is about ten minutes walk or less away. The famous ladies beach is a short dolmus bus ride away - ten minutes.
