Расстояние до исторического центра города (улицы Дерибасовской) - около 2,5 км. Это 4-5 остановок автобусом или 20-30 минут пешком. В квартире есть все необходимое для временного жилья: горячая вода (бойлер), душ, небольшая встроенная кухня с электроплиткой, посуда, просторная кровать-софа. На данный момент в квартире НЕТ: Интернета, кондиционера, телевизора и стиральной машины. But now here are not Wi-Fi, conditioner, washmaсhine and TV (may be in furure...). This apartment is located in the authentic odessa yard, it is really not far from the beach and the railway station. You can walk to the beach, do not use for any transport. The railway station takes only one station by tram. Distance to the center of Odessa is about 2,5 km or 20 minutes by foot. A little bit about the house - here we use only an electricity for room heating, cooking and water heating. If you go out, please, unconnect every electric device. Don't be afraid about cold room. It takes about 10 minutes to make this room hot, also here are too thick walls and the building saves heat during a lot of time. The window of the room looks inside of the yard, so, please don't make a lot of noise after 22.00. In other way you will disturb your neighbours. If you have any more questions, ask me.
