Description:Chalet for 4 adults 3 children consists of a very big living room kitchen with a fireplace 5 gas heaters, oven, dishwasher, microwave and tv sat, together with 2 big bedrooms (one of 40 square meters and another of 30) and a very large bathroom with a family enormous shower. It is a separate part of the main farm house with its own garden with table and chairs for enjoying the very nice view on 2 valleys east and west of the hilltop. Is part of the main farmhouse but is very well separated with private garden fully equipped with outdoor table and chairs. It has a beautiful view over the 2 valleys to the east and west and on our secular private park Pineta. It can accommodate up to 4 adults 3 children or adults Everybody will be staying in double or single beds with wooden staves and orthopedic mattresses (not uncomfortable sofa beds). Prices do not include cleaning (prices see above) and use of electricity (Eur 20/week) and heating in the winter. There is bed linens and there are towels for use in the house. Guests bring their own towels for the pool. Air conditioning for Torretta (Tower suite) is 10,00 per day. An extra bed is 80 euro per week. In both cottages one extra bed is for free. Description:Our place is what we call an Agriturismo. It is a farm in central Tuscany in a very quiet and isolated place where we have an old building renovated as a guest house. There we have 3 apartments and 4 lofts. I really love the lofts! They're at seconf floor with a lovely view. We have an organic swimming-pool (looks like a natural pond, works like a traditional swimming-pool but with NO CHEMICALS in the water), a big garden and a small restaurant open for dinner Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Good place for battery recharge away from it all! We can have a max of 22 (sleeping) guests and we can rent the whole house or each apartment separately. The house was originally a watchtower overlooking the Trove valley and the village of Civitella in Val di Chiana located on the opposite hill. Restoration of the building was completed using only original materials, with respect considering that Gello dates back at least 600 years. The house has four bedrooms, three upstairs (one with private bath,and two that share a bathroom) and a single with private bathroom on the ground floor. Description:The country house Poggio is a two storey stone-building in a 120 hectars farm near Orvieto. On the first floor there are three bedooms, all with own bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace and a divan bed. There is also a kitchen with a fireplace, a small lavatory, a store room and a veranda. The house is furnished with old country furniture and surrounded by a big garden (with barbeque) which opens on the fields and the valley. From them you can see the typical villages of Sermugnano and Castiglione in Teverina and the Alviano lake. Around the house covers an acre of land fenced in which we created a garden, an olive grove that produces an excellent extra virgin, strictly organic garden and a grove of tall trees. So we can enjoy tomatoes, chard, zucchini, salads of various kinds, peas, beans, broccoli and cauliflower, grapes, strawberries, depending on the season. We also collect from our belowed trees plums, peaches, apricots, apples and walnuts. The tranquil location is a heaven of peace and quiet while at the same time being very close to all amenities offered by the busy market town of Marsciano. The house is located about 12 km from the main road through the centre of Umbria linking Assisi (30 minutes), Perugia (20 minutes), Orvieto (40 minutes), Todi (15 minutes) and Spoleto (50 minutes). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FURTHER DETAILS Normally guests are welcome no earlier than 15 and check out is at 11 o'clock. A welcome pack of wine, water,milk, home made bread and oil extra virgin home produced is provided and the kitchen is supplied with basics such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. We can offer guests some extras that they not find elsewhere such as home cooked meals on arrival or during their stay. In the apartment there is internet access. Just tell us what you would like and we will do our best to provide it ,but first you must arrive... - Accessibility The apartment is on the groundfloor and is suitable for people with mobility problems but not suitable for wheelchairs. - Outside The swimming- pool (12 x 4 meters) is shared with us when we are present and is opened from early May until late September. In the garden near swimming pool there is a gazebo with iron coloured table 4 iron chairs for eating and barbecue. Around swimming-pool there are 4 comfortable sunloungers. Comfortable chairs are available for those who want to read or relax under the shade of trees. The Perugia Golf Club is located just 6 km from the center of the Etruscan city of Perugia. The field is a gently undulating par 72, the core of which dates from the late fifties.
