Description:The house on valley of stone, naturellement. It is about 20 km from Umbria Jazz (Perugia), 30 km from the frescoes of Giotto (Assisi) and 20 km from the Festa dei Ceri (Gubbio). The mattresses are made from local sheep wool ... natuerlich. In the morning, milk, coffee, tea, rice milk, juices, bread, biscuits, jam our own,, dried fruits and more, there give the right energy. There is a kitchen provision. Original drawings on the walls and pine and oak are the background to lawn outside. In the former stables is the weaving workshop, pillows, curtains and of the house are covered here. Opening the windows you have a wonderful view over the valley, oak and stone houses are lost in the distance . There is a barbecue you can use... and changing sheets any 4 days for those who stay 1 week. By the way, is only a bed & breakfast, but if you prefer you can learn to weave. Finally, swimming pools and restaurants surround us! A swimming pool is free and 10 minutes from the B&B. Single bed can be provided at an additional cost of 15 euros/night. It is a wide well lit room of mq. 50 with a very high ceiling, with characteristic garret and a romantic balcony that looks out on the garden and from which enjoy a fantastic view. It is furnished with antique furniture, and it consists of a double bed, a garret with 2 single beds, private bathroom with window, and an equipped kitchenette. The apartment is fully equipped to make your holiday as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. We have special discounts for large families, groups and stays longer than 3 nights. Once called Alfani Palace, our country house is part of an old stone town built in the XIIIth century. It stands on top of a hill, between Perugia and Assisi, at an height of 400mt, near the small rural town of Castel d Arno. This town was once part of the old Roman Municipium of Arna, which included other smaller towns of the area and was considered of great strategic importance on the old Gualdo Tadino/Perugia route. Today our country house, after restoration, has 5 comfortable and characteristic apartments of different sizes, all with a splendid view of umbrian valleys. They are well furnished, have private bathroom, equipped kitchenette, bath and bed linen, ceiling fans, heating, tv. Ample parking inside the enclosure, suitable for access to coaches. For our guests we have a laundry room (free use) with washing machine. .If you need an Internet connection, in the reception there is a notebook always connected (free use, only for short term use) Moreover, all our apartments are equipped with WiFi (€ 3.00 per day, € 15.00 per week)..
