There is space all around, it is a great area for walking and mountain biking. Trails lead off directly from the house. Town is less than 7k about an hour's walk. There is ample parking. The Granery is about 1k from the SS 72, and 7 k to both Mercatale (small village) and Umbertide (good shopping town) Many lovely hilltowns are within one hour's drive. This is lovely country side, gently rolling hills, and the views from the house which change with the time of day are very pleasing. There is nothing to disturb you here. Description:Borgo Santa Maria in Valle,Arezzo,Laterina,Tuscany The holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farm, set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate,where farmers grew tobacco.The house has recently acquired the status of historical building. This is an area worth exploring. IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE FARMHOUSE, in this case we can host up to 20 adults ( babies are accepted but not counted) The compound is composed of one cottage (4 2) and 3 apartments :for2/9 people. BAITA 77 m2 (4 2) two bedrooms. Luminous stone cottage on two floors with its private garden and equipped terrace.2 bedrooms, spacious separate kitchen,large living room with double sofa bed, normal sofa, armchair.....french windows opening onto the garden,bathroom /shower. FONTANINA 73 m2 (2 3) One bedroom( one double single bed) Ground floor, covered porch, living room, separate kitchen ,one large bedroom.,bathroom / shower.... CARPANO 70 m2 (3 2) two bedrooms(one double one single) Ground floor, living room, separate kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom,large bathroom/shower. SOPPALCO 75 m2 ( 7 2) First floor, three bedrooms(one matrimonial, one twin,one family bedroom with 3 single beds,where it's possible to add 2 beds) kitchenette/living room,sofa. All the kitchen are more than fully equipped with :microwave,refrigerator- freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster, mini food processor,plenty of everything you may need to really feel at home. Candle holders. Hair dryer. the chalet (La Baita) and the apartment Il Soppalco have dishwasher. All our units have reserved space in the garden and by the pool. The farm is surrounded by a large fenced garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 8 x 12 meters swimming pool. the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished ,all provided with TV sat,DVD and their own heating system. Simple but comfortable they have everything is needed to make guests feel at home.Laundry room with washing machine and iron ( ironing board) ,vacuum cleaner available for common use. Barbecue are(three stone bbq). WI FI Connection free. Activities: Tourism, Sightseeing, Bird watching, Hiking.Mountain Biking, Walking,relaxing. Important: With the exclusion of High Season( 23rd of June to 31rst of August, where minimum rental is of 7 days and changeover only on Saturday) ), minimum stay is 3 days, changeover is whenever you want.
