Description:This restored 1950s cottage offers 2 private bedrooms, one with a full bed, the other with 2 twin beds in a trundle set and a vibrating chaise lounger. We also have 2 clean camp cots and an air bed that can be set up in the large open dining/kitchen area. The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower. All rooms have cable tvs, we have an old school video/game library and DVD/VHS/Playstation 2 players available on one set. The dining area seats six and overlooks our fish pond. There is a computer station with free use of our private LAN and public wireless access is available throughout the neighborhood. The dining area opens to the spacious kitchen that has a fridge stocked with basic condiments, a gas stove, new microwave and all the gadgets, appliances and settings you need for formal dining or packing a picnic basket for your day trips. We also provide you full private use of the front yard which has a large picnic table, umbrella, ice chest, and a Weber grill so you can try your hand at Texas BBQing. Or you can share with us our backyard outdoor living area and use the gas grill and covered patio areas. Our home is in the East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood, located on the Tejano Healthy Walking Trail, and is across the street from Martin Middle School's track and tennis courts. Next to the school playground is an adjacent city Playground, Park, and Pool. There are no fees to play or swim at these parks. We're just 1 block from Fiesta Gardens and Lady Bird Lake and its Hike and Bike Trail which will take you on tree-shaded strolls to downtown, the convention center, East Sixth Street, Rainey Street and Riverside Drive Entertainment Districts, Auditorium Shores, Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Gardens, and the Nature Center. We have a pickup truck, 2 seat paddle boat, all kinds of outdoor gear and games, bikes and beach equipment available at reasonable rates., Our guest binder holds all kinds of maps, guides, and event information and we're on-site to offer you advise and travel tips. We live in a separate garage apt in the back yard. Smoking and drinking are okay but please no unexpected extra guests or late night after parties. Description:Rent my duplex during sxsw--ideal location! SXSW Inf I am a 5 minute cab ride to downtown, with a bus stop a few blocks away. You can feasibly walk to Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, and even downtown (it would be a bit of a hike, but doable). I am an easy walk to a number of bars/restaurants on South Lamar where you will find some SX parties, and a really quick bus/taxi ride to South Congress where you'll find tons of SX parties. My duplex accommodates 4 comfortably. The duplex is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath unit, with free wi-fi, full-sized washer/dryer, and large outdoor patio/backyard. The second bedroom is being used as a study, but will have a full-size air mattress to easily accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The backyard has a gas grill, modern covered patio area with couches/table, and big backyard. Smoking is ok outside. The carport will easily accomodate 2 cars, with lots of additional parking on the street. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! Description:Remodeled 1/1 condo just east of I-35 and a short drive or cab ride to SOCO and the downtown entertainment district. Our condo is located within a gated community just off of Riverside Drive in the up and coming South Shore District with ample free parking and a bus stop 1/3 of a mile away. Mexican food and margaritas half a block away at Baby Acapulco’s, pizza and burgers at Draft Pick Sports Bar and a new food trailer court right around the corner. Unit features beautiful tile floors, a private courtyard facing the park with a partial view of the lake and access to the community pool and lakeside dock. Enjoy a drink while watching the famous Congress Avenue Bridge bat colony fly directly overhead every evening, mid-March through November. The queen bed sleeps two and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. I will consider hosting 4 guests for event weekends such as SXSW and ACL but prefer couples. Keep in mind that the one bathroom is accessed though the bedroom only so a small inconvenience for anyone sleeping on the sofa. It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, granite countertop, toaster and coffee maker. Flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, ironing board and iron, blow dryer, wireless internet with printer. In-wall safe for your valuables. Unit is NON-SMOKING but smoking is allowed on back patio. No pets and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to you if you bring in a pet or smoke inside condo. Third person $10.00 per night. 2-night minimum. Weekday rate $110-$120 and weekends $125-$135. Description:Two chicks, one dog willing to vacate their awesomely good premises so that some lucky outta-towners can relax in style, close to all the culture, music and film action of SXSW. $300 per night, 4 night minimum/9 night, maximum Preference/Discount given to those who would like to stay longer. Our striking amenities: 2 comfortable, attractive bedrooms, each equipped with 2 High Quality queen sized beds. Closet, dresser & storage space, too. A fine, full-sized couch, super comfy for sleeping or lounging. Full-size bath, upstairs & 1/2 bath/laundry room combo downstairs. A backyard with covered patio and some chairs An upstairs, covered balcony off the master bedroom Downstairs is all tile, upstairs is all carpeted. We *might* consider allowing a dog, this can be discussed. Our bright, clean kitchen is fully stocked with gas range, fully functional appliances, plenty of cooking tools and a dishwasher. The roomy living area is great for entertaining, having a table with seating for up to 6. There are 4 large floor cushions, as well as a large, low coffee table and, as I mentioned, a cozy couch. Flat screen TV, Wii, Netflix and Wi-Fi. **Our house WILL sleep more than 4 if there are couples who share and you don't mind a more communal atmosphere. We can provide 1 quality (read: no holes) Queen sized Air mattress and electric pump, 1 de-lux coleman camping cot with a mattress and 1 twin sized futon mattress, if needed** Fluffy towels, Yoga mats, Special little B&B style touches here and there, lots of bedding and Unique Austin style, not far from all the happenings. Our favorite coffeehouses--Bouldin Cafe and Once Over are within 1.5 miles, down on S. 1st and there are a number of grocery markets (HEB, Central Market) in the nearby vicinity, as well. We require a security deposit upfront, $125 of which will be non-refundable unless you clean the place like a professional when you're finished. We have cleaning supplies handy. Walk, paddle, or float to Gruene! This secluded Historic Rustic Cabin is located on a wooded 1-acre lot (1505 Edwards Blvd., New Braunfels 78132), just 1/2 Mile upstream from the Historic Gruene District, on a 140-foot span of the Guadalupe Riverbank. A rustic cedar privacy fence encloses the Cabin and private deck area with seating. The Cabin has its own private view of the surrounding woods and landscaped and lighted walkways. Additionally, the private deck has a large Weber Kettle Charcoal Barbecue Grill, with cooking utensils and self-starting charcoal provided. The interior of the Cabin has been completely redone, since its original construction as a 1940's Fishing Camp Cabin, which was the only structure originally on this property deeded by the original German Immigrants who settled in New Braunfels. The Cabin has a King-Size bed, and a full private bathroom, that can accommodate 2. All new Ralph Lauren suede-paint interiors, blinds, and luxury-grade carpet have been added. Additionally, the full bathroom includes a tumbled-limestone floor, new blinds, and new fixtures. The Cabin also has it's own new stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a new A/C/Heat unit, a new Cherry-wood electric fireplace (heat optional), full coffee service, ceiling fan, and a new LCD TV/DVD/CD player. From the backyard, one can overlook the Guadalupe River with an unobstructed view of the opposing riverbank and undeveloped limestone cliffs. Bed can sleep as many as you can fit in it, there are two couches and plenty of room for floor sleeping. Smoking is fine on the patio. Description:Hi All, I will be traveling away for Spring break and am pleased to offer my spacious six bedroom condominium for your SXSW adventures. my condo comes with six bedrooms and three full baths. It is more than equipped for whatever you may encounter durning your stay in Austin. We are a short bus ride on the 5 or a 10 dollar cab ride to the heart of the Music/Film/Interactive action. In addition on the Weekends and Thursday we are a 3 block walk to the EBUS a University of Texas bus that will take you directly without stops to 6th street. Our condo also comes with four parking spots if you need them. My condo also comes with a roof patio including a fire pit that is fully prepared for large gatherings of guests and friends. Our grill is also is ready to handle whatever cooking needs you may have during a particularly beautiful Austin day during SXSW. All six of the bedrooms come equipped with HD tvs with all movie channels as well as 32 mb internet throughout the apartment that can handle large groups simultaneously surfing. the six bedrooms each have queen beds and I have two couches perfect for additional guests should the need arise I am located right across (60 ft) from Crown and Anchor Pub a solid bar with a great selection of beers on tap and Taco Spot a new but always delicious taco joint perfect for the morning migas taco.
