Description:El Munt is an old house surrounded by nature that can be found about 2 kilometers from the village of Castellterc3a7ol and about 40 kilometers from Barcelona. nFor different reasons of its origins and history, it is a farm house characterized by very extensive dimensions, occupying a total of 700 m2. Divided in three different floors totally restored, still conserves the traditional structure of the typical Catalan country house. nThe ground floor has kitchen/dining room with fireplace, lounge and dining room. There is also a big indoor swimming pool perfect for winter swimming. The first floor has a big lounge with fireplace, TV, DVD and Stereo, four double bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom, and a suite with fireplace, TV and bathroom with hydro massage. nThe second floor also offers a big lounge with fireplace, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
