Description:The neighborhood of Gracia is arguably the best in the city. Historic, central, safe, family oriented, and yet full of amazing bars and restaurants to keep it lively. Our house is spacious, luminous, and quiet. Hidden from the chaos of the streets, we have a well kept garden where you can enjoy the shade during the warmer days of August and have lovely dinners during the summer nights. The house stays comfortable and cool the whole year round. It is located one block from the L3 Green Metro stop Lesseps, which connects you with all the major attractions of the city. Gracia is 15 minutes to the center of Barcelona called Plaça Catalunya, and we are walking distance to Gaudi's Park Guell. The nearest supermarket is only 2 blocks away and the fresh market a 5 min walk. We have 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double matrimony style bed. The 2nd room offers a twin bed and a loft space with a double sofabed. The 3rd room, and most private, located on the opposite side of the garden, separate from the main house, has two twin beds which can be put together to provide a couple's style bed if desired.
