Description:Great family home on Burt Mountain. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very comfy and great for families, kids and pets. Yes, if you have a pooch, he or she can come too. I have a nice fenced in yard. It is a wire cattle fence, so if you have a tiny dog, keep an eye out. I am 20 mins from downtown Asheville and about 30 min from the Biltmore Mansion. It is quiet and cozy if you just want to hang out in the country or close enough to town if you want some excitement. The 4th bedroom has a king size blow up bed, just wanted to make sure you knew. Two bedrooms have queens sized beds and the other bedroom has a full. It is fully stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need. No TV, no phone, no internet, there is AC (but you don't need it all the time). Verizon gets best cell phone service. Navitat Canopy Zip Line Tours about 2 miles away. About 135 acres of walking trails at top of property. Property extends across road to creek which is the North Fork of the Big Ivy. Local dirt road from Barnardsville leads to Craggy Gardens on Blue Ridge Parkway. Great hiking in Pisgah National Forest. Super friendly farmer's market on Saturday mornings at either old firestation or community center. Public pool at community center.... more info >>
