Description:Inyo Tree House Inyo Tree House is a cozy cabin in the Sugarloaf/Big Bear area.This secluded property is located at the bottom of Inyo Avenue, and is surrounded by lush pine trees. It's the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway. With hiking trails just beyond our backyard, and the lake and ski slopes just a quick drive away, our home is great for families, couples, or group of professionals looking for an athletic retreat. Be it carpool or caravan, our driveway easily parks 4 to 5 cars. Each of our spacious bedrooms sleeps at least 2 persons:- King bed in master bedroom downstairs.- California King bed in bedroom 2 upstairs.- Twin bed in bedroom 3. The living space is centered around the fireplace and has a comfy sofa that sleeps an extra guest. There are 2 full bathrooms. Master bathroom downstairs comes with heated stone floor and a newly remodeled shower/steam room - an excellent pamper after an active day! The house has a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water. Our full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, cooking pots/pans, kitchen knifes, silverware, dishware, place mats, and even cotton napkins. The marble-top dining table, which can double as a cooking island, is perfect for friends and family to gather around while you cook. It comfortably seats 6 guests. The house has a large flat screen tv with surround sound and hig speed WiFi system. You can use our apple tv to access your Netflix account. There are some board games for you to enjoy. Jenga, Apples to Apples, Dominoes, Cribbage set, Cranium, etc. We invite our guests to use the washer and dryer located in the master bathroom downstairs. Smoking is unfortunately not permitted in the house. Alternatively, smoking is permitted outside on the expansive balcony or anywhere outdoors. Cleaning fee required for each stay. Our new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from microwave to dishwasher. nOur Holiday cabin has a large deck in the front for enjoying the quite tree lined neighborhood in Big Bear City.There is also a nice deck in the rear We are just 2 blocks from Big Bear Blvd so we are easy to find. We have 3 large flat screen TV 's along with wireless internet. The cabin has a modern open floor plan with the kitchen and living room close at hand. Our loft is great for lounging and has a revolving round 2 person couch plus a fold down couch for added sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king sized real hickory log bed, with a dreamy new high end mattress. Our master bath has a beautifully tiled whirlpool bath for two, you 'll love it! Upstairs there are two themed bedrooms. One has a full size bed and two bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. you could possibly need to cook amazing meals. The bedrooms fit our party of 8 comfortably, the loft was our kids ' home away from home, and the snowy backyard was perfect for all of us. I 've never rented a cabin before so now the bar has now been set incredibly high. The owners were also incredibly gracious. The owner was very responsive and kept in communication with me every time I had questions or concerns. My entire party and I are definitely going to rent here again in the future. I even hesitated if I should write a review or not -- had to fight the selfishness of wanting this cabin all to myself! The owner was more than accomadating and very pleasant to do business with. You can see the pride of ownership the minute you walk in the door, the warmth and coziness of the cabin really makes you feel at home.
