Upstairs there is another double bedroom and 2 Single Bedrooms. The second bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. The back door opens onto Roman Road, a well known market and shopping street, where it is less than 5 mins walk to Bethnal Green underground (central line) and opposite 24 hour bus routes to the city. Natural History Museum, Houses of Parliament, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace. Tube station three minutes' walk. Free parking and wi-fi. The apartment is in the Fulham/Kensington/Chelsea/border. A very spacious garden flat with a beautiful, mature garden which is accessed from the sitting room and kitchen. A very spacious, lovely sitting room with a comfortable sofa and armchair. The dining table seats six. Two good sized double bedrooms. A lovely bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped Television and free wi-fi. Locally, Fulham, is very near the river Thames and so there are lovely river walks and river cruises on the Thames nearby. Bishops Park and Bishops Palace, home to the bishops of London since the 15th century are also nearby. A lovely palace, surrounded by a beautiful park and river walks. There are also good restaurants and pubs in the area. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market and supermarkets all within five minutes from the apartment. There is a gym just five minutes' walk with a swimming pool. The apartment is very central to all of the tourist attractions - the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum in Kensington are about twenty minutes' walk from the apartment or ten minutes by bus. Kensington Palace where the late Princess Diana stayed is also about twenty minutes from the apartment or ten minutes by bus. Free off-sreet parking. The number 74 bus, just minutes from the apartment will take you to most of the tourist attractions - Hyde Park, Harrods department store, Oxford Street for shopping and ofcourse, the museums. Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament are also within twenty minutes by public transport. West Brompton tube station is just three minutes from the apartment. West Brompton also provides a direct rail line to places outside of London. Description:The Coach House is a beautiful 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of Drounces, a grade II listed house dating back to the 1760's in the village of Westbourne near Emsworth on the West Sussex/Hampshire border. It is a perfect location for visiting the South coasts beautiful beaches such as West Wittering, exploring the South Downs, Stansted House or a day at the races at Goodwood. Hayling Island is close by with HISC only 20 minutes drive. It is luxury accommodation with a large open plan kitchenette/diner/living room, 1 first floor double bedroom with a king size bed and a ground floor modern 'wet room' shower room. The living area has TV with freeview, Xbox/DVD player, stereo with IPod dock and a full size table football for pure adult entertainment with secure wireless internet. The kitchen is small put perfectly formed with a fridge, gas hob, microwave oven/grill, dualit 2 piece toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. A selection of teas, coffee and basic condiments are provided free of charge. The Coach House has a private outdoor eating area with BBQ and access to the 'outdoor living room' terrace. The cottage is well away from the main house and gives full privacy, perfect for those romantic getaways. We can provide extra mattresses and travel cots for children (Free of charge under 12) and we provide a full laundry service at a small extra cost . The living room has a futon sofa that converts into a double bed but we do not recommend more than 2 adults stay here at any one time. This cottage is in the grounds of our home but is very private and self contained. We give a warm welcome to all our guests and can provide breakfast welcome packs at a small extra charge (including milk, bread from our local bakery, bacon, eggs etc...) This needs to be ordered a couple of days in advance - please let us know what you require. We can also provide breakfast as long as you let us know in advance. For something a little more special we can arrange gourmet brunch hampers for those lazy days, cold & hot food if you can't be bothered to cook but don't want to go out and luxury picnic hampers if you are spending a day at the races or out on a yacht - courtesy of Frog Hollow Catering based here in Westbourne. Description:Contemporary two storey house in a great location. Situated a 5 minute walk from the North Laine, it's ideal situated for exploring the quirky shops of Brighton. You can reach Brighton beach and the pier in about 15 minutes and Brighton train station in 5 minutes. We have WiFi broadband, which we you can connect to and use. The house is open plan downstairs, with wooden flooring. In the Kitchen there's a gas hob, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Between the kitchen and living area there's a breakfast bar with two stools. In the living area there is a 3 seater sofa, arm chair, coffee table, TV with Freeview and a dining table with 4 chairs. There's also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs is a double bedroom which is south facing and gets plenty of light in the morning. There's also a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Description:This is a lovely one bedroom attic apartment, and you'd have the whole place to yourself. I'd like to think it has character, warmth and brightness, and that anyone staying there would easily feel at home. On a quiet, attractive street, it's only one minute's walk from Hove beach so the sea is pretty much on my doorstep. Hove seafront is stunning in all seasons, friendly and perfect for swimming in warmer months. Around the corner is the best Italian cafe/restaurant in Brighton and Hove - it serves freshly caught seafood and makes its own ice cream. My friends and I practically live there! At the other end of my road is the centre of Hove - with restaurants, teashops shops, banks - everything you'd need. The apartment is a 25 minute walk along the seafront into the centre of town, but there are buses every couple of minutes, if you're feeling lazy. The living room, bedroom and bathroom are a very comfortable medium size. The kitchen is 'bijou' but has all amenities, and is rather cute. The bedroom comes with freshly laundered cotton sheets, duvets and towels. I've taken care over decorating the flat throughout, and there are plenty of books, CDs, DVDS and vinyl records (treat them gently, some are very old) to enjoy. I've a lovely old Roberts radio if you fancy listening. I live quite simply. Therefore I don't own a TV, DVD player, dishwasher or washing machine or dryer, but the launderette is at the end of my road (3 minutes walk), and they're very friendly in there. The apartment has internet access. Parking is roadside - though you'd need to pay for vouchers from the machine. Brighton & Hove is renowned for it's lack of parking spaces and hawk-eyed traffic wardens, so be warned! I have friendly, trustworthy neighbours. Hove is a reasonably quiet area, plus it is a quick bus ride to the nightclubs and bars of Brighton - so you get the best of both worlds. Brighton Festival is on during the whole month of May, with many cultural, musical and artistic things to see and do. Description:A two-bed basement converted cafe in one of Brighton's most popular streets with easy access to the beach (one minute's walk) nightlife (pubs, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, theatre, cinemas are all just a few minutes' walk away) cafes, Churchill Square shopping centre (5 mins) and seafront conference venues (1-7mins walk), including the Brighton Centre and the Hilton Metropole. The apartment can accommodate up to eight people on a dorm basis with full bathroom and kitchen facilities, or, more comfortably, fewer people! There is a small patio garden where smoking is allowed. There is one double bed, one double mattress, one very long sofa and two inflatable single mattresses which can be attached as a double. Facilities include a 100-channel Virgin (cable) TV screen, small fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, a DVD player and free wireless internet. Enough bedding and towels are provided for up to six people. We can accommodate eight, but in these circumstances groups should bring enough extra bedding and towels for the extra two people. The apartment is just 10 minutes' walk or a five -minute bus ride from Brighton train station. PARKING There is a safe, council-run underground car park in Regency Square (two streets away) parking is free on Little Preston Street (our road) or Preston Street (the next one along) but only from 6pm Saturdays until 9am Mondays.
