Description:A brand new one bedroom cabin, set in a quiet garden backing onto open farmland. Own entry, Bed and Breakfast. It is on the out skirts of Cowes, and a short distance from Newport, the Islands County Town. Plenty of parking available in quiet road, and near all main attractions the Island has to offer, no where is more than a half hour drive away. , but book early for 2012, as this is stunning brand new accomadation. A Lovey local pub is just up the road, for evening and lunchtime meals. I will provide a continental breakfast, fresh coffee, and tea, cereals, yougharts, toast or crossants. You are very welcome to sit in the garden , and there is a table and chairs for your use.This is a good location for walker's, and any other Holiday requirements. We have a very quiet collie dog, and a few chickens, on the property. . There are some stunning walks directly from the property, Thorness Bay, and others, almost all through the countryside, with very little road walking.,it is also near the Cowes to Newport cycle route, and the National Trust conservation area at Newtown Creek, ideal for bird watching. Busses leave from the top of the road every 10 mins to Newport or Cowes, and day or weekly rover tickets can be bought when boarding the bus. The property is also only a short distance from the Cowes ferry terminal which will connect you to Southhampton in under an hour, wither you are traveling by foot or car. Description:Hollyhock Cottage is a period cottage with a double bedroom in the heart of a quintessential English village. Have the benefit of being two minutes walk from a lake, woodlands and on the Darent Valley footpath, but only 1,6 miles from Sevenoaks station with a short 25 minute train journey to London Bridge. Chipstead is on a bus and taxi route. Sevenoaks station is only 1.6 miles from the cottage. Sevenoaks station is a major commuter link with regular trains to London (25 minute journey to London Bridge) as well as other towns and villages in rural Kent, the South East coast and bigger towns in Kent and East Sussex. Sevenoaks town is 2 miles from the cottage where you will find a wide variety of shops, art galleries, cinema and theatre, restaurants and a big leisure centre and public library. Overton Vale Farm is a detached stone-built farmhouse situated in three acres of ground, 1.5 miles from the village of Overton-on-Dee and 5 miles from Ellesmere. This cottage sleeps seven people and has three bedrooms consisting of one double, one family room with a double and single bed and a twin, as well a shower room and ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms with woodburners. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for 4 cars, a private lawned garden with meadows and furniture and shared use of an outdoor swimming pool.
