Very bright, spacious and comfortable the bungalow has one large bedroom, spacious living room with open plan small kitchen, modern fully tiled shower room with underfloor heating. Flat screen TV, unlimited broadband internet, washing machine, fully equipped small kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included in price. Sunny garden surrounded by mature trees. Barbeque, some kids outdoor toys, garden furniture. Please note, that due to nature of the house, there is currently only cold water to the bathroom sink. There is hot water in the shower and kitchen. Royal Tunbridge Wells, located just 30 miles south of London, is surrounded by glorious Kent countryside. In Georgian times, this historic spa town gained a reputation as the place to see and be seen.
