Within the UK, calls to non-geographical numbers such as 0870, 0845 etc would be chargeable. It is not possible to take incoming calls at the flat. Any chargeable calls would have to be paid for. A stunning huge two bedroom, two bathroom flat in E1 Tower Hill, Zone 1. Includes two large and well appointed balconies which have been laid with artificial grass. Happy to offer substantial discounts for longer term stays: from £1280 per week, or £3780 per month. Intra-stay cleaning would be extra. My flat is more than twice the size of this flat. Expensive designer furniture, lighting and bamboo flooring in a luxury block of flats with full time friendly and helpful Concierge, private Swimming Pool and Sauna. Two high quality bedrooms with exceptionally large and comfortable beds (both imported from the US). Main bedroom has a fabulous high spec en suite including extra large walk in shower, walk in wardrobe and a flat screen TV on the wall. Second bedroom has lots of built in wardrobe and drawer space. Second bathroom includes large jacuzzi bath. Fully integrated kitchen including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and oven with microwave function. Granite work surface and 270 degree glass splashback including see through fish tank from kitchen to living room. High quality airbed available which can be set up in the living room if requested in advance. I can also provide a very nice cot or moes basket at a small extra charge so long as you let me know you need one in advance. I may also be able to provide a high quality pram at a small extra charge, again, if you let me know you need one in advance. All bills are included (council tax, water, green electricity and wi-fi). The flat is professionally cleaned and includes high quality soft linen and towels. Secure gated parking within the confines of the bulding compound is available at an extra £50 per week. Two spaces are available. The flat is powered by green energy only, and has been historically cleaned for the last 4 years only using eco-cleaning products. Location: Transport Flat is located in a conservation area next to the World Heritage Site of Wilton's Music Hall. It is a 5 mins walk to Tower Gateway DLR, or 5-7min walk to Tower Hill tube (District/Circle), or Aldgate (Circle/Metropolitan), or Aldgate East (District, Hammersmith and City) tube stations. It is an 8-10 minute walk to Shadwell DLR and overground. London Bridge station is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride. The nearby buses are 15, 25, RV1. There are two Barclays cycle hire stations, or Boris bike stations within 3 minutes walk. The flat is located just off one of the main cycle superways in London which means cycling off road safely is very easy. Location: Amenities The nearest supermarket (Waitrose) is a 5 minute walk, there are shops 50 yards away (including convenience store, restaurants and hairdressers). Flat has several lovely well reviewed restaurants nearby including Rosemary Lane (haute cuisine), Cirilo (Asian fusion), Red Chilli (curry), The Empress (curry). A 5 minute walk will take you to the beautiful St. Katharine Docks with beautiful chain restaurants such as Zizzi (the prettiest Zizzi in London), Strada, Ping Pong, Cafe Rouge, Prohibition, Dickens Inn and Starbucks x 2. The fantastic Mahogany Bar (one of the coolest bars in London, patronised by numerous celebrities and trendy types) is 50 metres away. Wilton's usually has some excellent productions on. Location: other hotels Being located in a hotel district, the flat is a 5 minute walk or less from the following: The Grange City, The Grange Tower Bridge, Travelodge Aldgate, Travelodge Tower, Doubletree by Hilton, Apex City of London, Novotel Tower Hill, Ibis Aldgate. Location: tourism/business The City of London is on the doorstep and the offices of Soc Gen, Generali, Maersk, RBS, and many others are very close indeed. Tourist attractions nearby include Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Wilton's Music Hall, Whitechapel Art Gallery, Whitechapel Bell Foundry. Very handy for the Olympics with excellent connections on the DLR. Also very easy driving access, we are just outside the congestion charging zone but also just a couple of hundred metres from the Highway which provides an excellent free flowing arterial route in and out of London.... more info >>

Description:Lovely one bed flat in new apartment blocks with friendly neighbours right next to the river Thames. The flat is next to the tube so you can get to most of the West End in less than 20mins. A short walk from the artsy shops and cafes of Bermondsey street where you can also relax in the park or have a game of Ping Pong. The weekend markets pop up under the nearby railway arches and Bermondsey Square. Walk to the Thames in 5 minutes where you'll find the Design Museum, Butlers Wharf shops and restaurants and Tower Bridge a bit further down - keep going and you'll reach London Bridge and SouthBank activity that runs all the way down to Waterloo and the London Eye. I do live here most of the year but have made it available as I'm away on holiday so you'll have everything you need in terms of bedding, towelling and cooking. Description:Great base for London Olympic Games Our rambling Victorian house is in the ideal spot for the 2012 Olympics. In a trendy vibrant neighbourhood you can enjoy a huge choice of specialist independent shops, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance but access to Oxford street and the Olympic site is easy via our nearby train station which links to the London Underground and overground lines,or by bus from the end of our road. Within 30 minutes you could be in Stratford or Charing Cross. The house itself is stylish and spacious with five bedrooms, two bathrooms plus three WCs. There's every comfort as well as a large garden with barbecue and decked areas for outside dining. The house is regularly used as a filming location but above all it's a comfortable family home that can easily accommodate two families. Wifi access and cable TV plus table tennis and summer house in the garden. This is a peaceful neighbourhood with several parks right on your doorstep. Bedroom 1 is set up with a Super Kingside 6ft bed, bedroom 2 is more of a blank canvas and can be fitted with two single beds or a double as you prefer. The sofa is a full-size extra bed for a fifth person if required. The 'tube' (Metro) station is right outside the building and links directly to Stratford Olympic VIllage as well as the O2 venue at Greenwich, and the shops bars and restaurants of Canary Wharf are just minutes away. For the Olympic season there's a direct walkway to Excel venue (boxing, fencing, judo, table tennis, taekwondo, weightlifting, wrestling, boccia). Description:Situated in N1, central London, the flat is situated a half hour bus or 15 minute overground train journey from Dalston Kingsland to the Olympic sites at Stratford. The sites can also be reached by a walk along the canal towpath, which is 2 minutes walk from the building. This 8th floor one bedroom apartment has an enormous 67 sq m roof terrace with near panoramic views of the city. South West facing, the apartment has day-long sun. The flat has a living room with sofa, dining table and chairs double bedroom with wardrobe separate bathroom with bath and shower and constant hot water separate fully-fitted kitchen. Each room is carpeted and has heating, it is very warm and comfortable. The flat has free wifi and the building has an Intercom system and 2 lifts. The buses that stop right outside the building go to Old Street tube station, London Bridge, Waterloo. Around the corner the buses go to King’s Cross, Highbury and Islington, Angel, and the West End. The flat is situated in a triangle of very trendy areas – Dalston (‘coolest postcode in Europe’ according to Italian Vogue) is 10 minutes walking north with bars, a street market, café and lots of Turkish restaurants. Hoxton and Shoreditch are 10 minutes walking south, with tons of places to eat, watch people, drink, dance… Immediately across from the flat is Regent’s Canal, which has various pubs and cafes along it and leads to Angel in one direction and uber-fashionable Broadway market and beyond it Victoria Park in the other direction. This area, De Beauvoir Town, is relaxed and friendly, and feels very villagey. Local restaurants include a very popular Argentinian steak house across the road, and round the corner are a number of cheap Vietnamese places. My favourite places to eat are up the road in Islington – The Duke of Cambridge, an excellent organic pub and Kippferl Austrian café/restaurant, plus The Bar With no Name – London’s finest (and least pretentious) cocktail bar. The views and sunsets are amazing, and the outdoor space is a complete luxury in this crowded, noisy, chaotic city. There is a small supermarket which opens late, a dry cleaners and ATM in the building next door, a posh deli 2 minutes away that does great bread and coffee. We also have a large balcony (with table / chairs) and outdoor communal area for BBQs etc The location is also excellent for those wishing to attend the Olympics given we are approximately 10minutes walk from Bethnal green (central line), 4 minutes from shoreditch high street (east london line) and 15 minutes from liverpool street station (central line), which will take you direct to the Olympic village in stratford in about 10minutes.
