Description:The house is a beautifully furnished luxury residence with unrivalled sea views from every room at the front. The ground floor is a fully self contained studio with access for wheelchair users and its own en-suite wet room, kitchenette and lounge/dining area. The stairs lead to a spacious open-plan ground floor kitchen and dining room flooded with light from the french doors. This leads out onto a balcony with a view!! Overall there are 5 bedroom, 3 with en-suites plus a family bathroom. The 4 master bedrooms can be double or twin rooms. The 5th is a bunk room for 2. This house is home from home with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Bedding is 100% Egyptian cotton. Free WIFI, TV, DVD. 2 dedicated parking spaces. We offer an exceptional catering service from a simple welcome supper to a full dinner party service. The situation is half a mile from the pier - just a stroll along the promenade. From the door the sea is opposite and down some stairs (or go down in the lift in the Summer). Description:Infrastructure: Close to Mile End Station (Zone 2, Central Line, District Line, Hammersmith close to Devons Road DLR station within walking distance of Canary Wharf. Note: There is also a bicycle docking station of London's bicycle hire scheme at the back of the apartment plus a car parking space of a car sharing scheme in front of it. Location: Quiet, close to Limehouse Cut, Canary Wharf, Mile End & Victoria Park. A variety of grocery stores, a fitness centre with pool, a climbing wall, a go-carting track, a cinema, a Health Centre, a drug store, dry cleaners and other things can be found within walking distance. Flat: The flat has 2no bedrooms in total (one of which is used as my studio from which I work from during the day from 9AM to 6:30PM), at 78m2 it is quite large and has 3.2m high ceilings, 1no bathroom (with Whirlpool, a rain maker, light therapy), a private discrete court yard (planted, furnished, BBQ, quiet). It comes very well furnished, 51inch HD TV (BT Vision incl movie package), DVD player, Harman Kardon sound system, wireless internet, central gas heating, washing machine, alarm system, weekly cleaner, hair dryer, iron plus ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, microwave, etc). Constantly changing artworks can be found throughout the apartment. Bedroom: The bedroom is large with a super-king size bed and a lot of storage space. Books about London and an additional mini fridge can also be found in the bedroom. The light can be remote-controlled dimmed. Description:We have a live/work office space available in a warehouse in the East End of London. It's in Stoke Newington, a lovely part of town close to Islington. Halfway between the Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur stadiums. We are directly opposite Clissold Park which is great for activities such as running, tennis or just lounging around. Just on the other side of the park is (website hidden) which is a great indoor rock-climbing centre. Clissold Leisure Centre is a 3-minute walk and is one of the best municipal gyms in London, with two 25-minute pools, well-equipped gym, squash courts, sports hall and a cafe/bar. There are several buses nearby reaching all over London including the 73 which goes direct to the West End and London Victoria station. Arsenal tube station (on Piccadilly Line) is a 15-minute walk and takes 12 minutes to reach Covent Garden. Other nearby stations include Stoke Newington rail, Highbury & Islington tube (Victoria Line) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly Line). The property itself is an industrial space full of creatives - our neighbours are painters, artists, DJs, actors, filmmakers, photographers etc. All very friendly people - although it's quiet at night (you'll have no trouble sleeping). If you're looking for luxury this isn't the place for you. But it's great value for London, in a nice area with tons of great bars and restaurants nearby, plus friendly hosts. It has shared bathrooms and kitchen (although we do have a cooking area within the apartment). We have fast Wifi with Tivo-style Cable TV, a lounge area and small office area. You'll be sleeping on futons - there are two doubles on a Mezzanine area. If there are more than two of you, then we also have two large, soft, comfortable leather sofas so could accommodate up to 5 people. For this price, you get the whole place to yourself. If you're looking for somewhere cheaper, check out our other listing - you can stay here on a dorm basis. We'll be happy to take you out and about or to give you advice on exploring London if you like, or if you prefer your own space and to be left to your own devices that's equally cool.... more info >>
