Description:My house is an award winning architectural dream come true. A zen, cabin like house in Dalston, merely a short bus or train ride away from Olympic city. The building is a serene getaway enclosed by black and white stone and dark wood panelling. My place is fully equipped with all the living necessaries and luxuries. The bathroom has an XL bath with a skylight above it as well as a waterfall like shower with a sitting ledge for meditation. The living room has a TV and entertainment system, ipod music systems, projector, cable, WIFI, couches and futons and cots for extra guests. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer, dryer, huge industrial size sink, induction stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle... basically everything including cooking essentials (ie: Olive Oil, Knives...) The bedroom has a king memory foam mattress, ipod dock, plenty of storage, a private terrace. There is floor heating throughout the house, and in the summer months the entire house can open up to let the sun and air in! The garden has bamboo, a BBQ and a Webber fire pit as well as chairs for basking. Smoking is allowed outside only. One station and 10 minutes by bus all it takes to bring you to Olympic City!!!. Dalston Junction is the tube station as well as Dalston Kingsland, Hackney Downs, Hackney Central are all within walking distance and buses (38,55, 56, 73) a few blocks away take you everywhere to the town center (Piccadily, Soho) in approx. 20 25 minutes My house is in a multi ethnic neighborhood, very trendy mixed family owned homes. Lots of cafes, bars, jazz cafe and a major movie mecca (the Rio) and London Fields with its famous farmers market are within walking distance. Bike rides along the canal to Victoria Park and to Angel are heavenly! The pictures are a mere attempt at showing how special my place is! There are two spacious double bedroom and a large single bedroom. The bedrooms have two double beds, one single bed and a pull out guest bed. Description:Surround yourself with sky. Hello! Now then, first things first. My calendar and pricing are totally up to date so please feel free to go ahead and book. Just submit your booking request and I'll respond straight away I accept booking requests in the order they come in. About 20 minutes walk from the Tower of London Arkana, Conran, Kartell, Habitat, Tomado, McIntosh, Aram, Starck and the obligatory smattering of IKEA. Two double bedrooms each with own bathroom. Two huge roof terraces, both with outdoor table and one with barbecue. Nice living room with TV/DVD player and plenty of films, from Alfred Hitchcock to Zoolander and much more in between comedy, sci-fi, thrillers, Pixar, etc, etc . Lots of music to play as well I have very large CD collection so enjoy it all and be kind to the discs. There is also a single airbed for a 5th guest (please do not sleep on the couch) you can put the airbed in either the living room or the main bedroom. Children do count as people so please make sure you put the correct figure in the 'number of guests' box. You can plug your laptop/mp3 player into the hi-fi if you'd like to hear your own music through the speakers. All leads provided. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and many pots, pans, plates, food processor, smoothie maker... 1970s radio set to BBC Radio 4 which has the best art, comedy, discussion, news and radio plays. The apartment is a great place to be at home and easy to get into and around London. It's very quiet being so high up there is no traffic noise, just lots of sky to look at. It's my home when I'm in London so please look after it. Generally my father will meet you for check in/out, although you may strike lucky and get me! For your arrival there will be milk and OJ in the fridge plus coffee, muffins, apples and bananas. Once you've booked I'll email a user manual for the apartment to make your stay really easy it also includes my favourite places to hang out and be cultured in London. And there's a hard copy in the apartment. Airbnb will collect a cleaning charge of £40 with your booking and this ensures all guests get a freshly cleaned apartment, fresh bedding and 2 fresh towels per guest.
