Description:Come stay in our lovely 2 bedroom loft on a quiet mews in the quaint East London neighbourhood Stoke Newington. A few streets north of Dalston ('The coolest postcode in London' according to the Telegraph and Vogue) and a quick bus/train ride to Shoreditch. You can be to Liverpool St Station in 15min where you can hope on the Central Line or be to Dalston Junction in 5 mins where you can take the Overground to the Victoria line (be in the west end in 35mins) or be to directly to the Olympic stadium in 3 stops! We are conveniently located within walking distance to many great multi-national restaurants, pubs and clubs, cute shops, popular Church Street, and the beautiful Clissold Park. Tesco is on the corner and we even have a Whole Foods grocery a few streets away! There is also a farmers market around the corner on Saturdays. Stoke Newington is incredibly child friendly. With south and north facing windows and 3 skylights, our 1200 sqft warehouse conversion loft gets great light all day long. It on the first floor. There is no lift. Our building is very quiet, as we are on a mews and we share the main entrance with only 2 neighbouring lofts. We have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, large dining room with a 10 person dining table, and living area with Chesterfield sofa and chair and a day bed so you can lounge in comfort as you watch movies/tv on our 40inch HD flat screen Smart TV equipped with surround sound, FreeView, BBC Iplayer and an unlimited subscription to LoveFilm, so you can download films/tv programs as you like. We have Wifi internet and can offer you the use of a computer if you need. There is parking available in a private lot behind the building. It is locked during the night. We have a 1000 sqft private roof terrace with table and chairs and lots of plants. There are 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with King size (UK) or queen size (US) bed. Second bedroom with a double bed (UK) or full (US). Mattress was recently purchase from John Lewis. We have a single day bed in the living room. And another person could sleep on the sofa or we also have a blow up mattress! Both room comes with feather duvet, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers and draw space for your clothes. We provide bed and bath linens as well. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. Our main room has a double bed, sofa, desk and two closets (One of which we will make available for you), speakers for your computer and loads of books if you feel like hanging out on the couch. The place also comes with a double airbed, so you can sleep 4 people. There is a seperate well-equipped kitchen with washingmaschine and a toilet with bathtub. In terms of getting around, the studio is convenient located 2 minutes from Hoxton Station and busses to south and north London departing across the street. Description:This is a semi-detach house with 2 floors. Upstairs has 3 bedroom and one bathroom for our family. Downstairs has a family dinning room, kitchen and one 12 Sq. bedroom. The bedroom that locates downstairs is refurbished as a studio apartment for rent. It is separated with our family area by a door. In the room has a computer table, chair, TV, two single beds. The room itself is not spacious and shares the main entrance with our family, but clean and has its private neat bathroom with shower and private kitchen. In the kitchen has under counter fridge with small Icebox and electronic build-in hobs, kitchen sink and all the equipment that you need for dairy essential. This is an idea for travel people who want to cook by themselves. The guests can access family's dinning-room, garden, internet, dish washing machine, and washing machine. We are very friendly, multi-cultural and multi-linguistic family, thus you will feel like at home. Children are welcome and I would be happy to look after them if you are busy or fancied a night out. I have police checked (CRB) to be save with children. The house is located in a nice and quiet area, which is about 300 meters to bus stop Nr. 58 that goes (10 minutes) to Uxbridge Tube Station (Piccadilly line) and shopping centre 20 minutes by car to Heathrow Airport (however, you would not hear any noisy from the Airport) 500 meters to the local supermarket 1.8 km to Pinewood Studio (which is famous for making Holywood movie such as James Bond ). The flat also comes with free wifi. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you should need for a comfortable stay. Nearest tube is Chalk Farm (3 mins walk) or Camden Town (12 min walk). There are plenty of buses that pass outside to travel all over London. MORE ABOUT THE AREA.... The flat is also close by to the Regents Canal and I would highly recommend taking time to stroll upstream around Regents Park and Camden.
