Description:Studio ground floor flat in grade 2 listed period building with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 2 Located in Shoreditch (zone 1) 10 mins away from the City/Financial District and Liverpool St. There are excellent transport connections, close to Old St Underground and 24hr bus links for an easy access to Central London. Near to Columbia Road flower market and Broadway farmer's market, the studio is walking distance to the many bars, restaurants and amenities of Shoreditch and Hoxton. The apartment has wireless internet, cable TV, DVD, music system, double sofa bed, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All towels and linen provided, Telephone with a private number (free national and local calls). We normally have a minimum 5 night rental, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter visits if our bookings' schedule allows. A welcome folder is found in all of the apartments with information and help on using the apartment and about the local area. We supply toilet paper, cleaning products and washing powder. Television and broadband internet access are available. Please note we can not guarantee uninterrupted internet service due to unforeseen circumstances. Iron & ironing board, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven or gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle and toaster, bed linen and towels. We are happy to supply baby cots and high chairs if required. Check out time 10am, Check in time 2pm. Outside these hours may be possible and this needs to be arranged in advance. Free internet a bonus for a well priced Guesthouse. Bastable Avenue was suited for work at Dagenham. Arrangements for booking etc are good and the website is easy to use. If I have to work in the same area I would consider this Guesthouse again. (2) Margaret 14th May 2011 I had a warm reception on arrival. Tina was friendly and nice throughout my stay. The house was quiet and peaceful. On arrival, lodging rules were available, so you know all the dos and don'ts without any form of ambiguity. Thanks Tina for a wonderful stay. We accept credit or debit cards. CASH OR CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Payment must be made before arrival. You will be refused entry at the door if you have not paid before arriving. Please try to book in advance. Check in 9pm to 11pm 10 extra. Check in after 11pm 20 extra. Checkout 12noon 2pm 10 extra. Check out after 2pm guests charged one night stay. Same day bookings are permitted using the Guesthouse website only before 12 noon. After 12 noon, same day bookings are on request. If accepted, booking must be paid for in full by telephone before 6pm. It costs 10% extra to do a Telephone Booking. 100 holding deposit required per room along with cost of room.
