Description:Come stay at my Loft and experience London the way it's meant to be experienced! My loft (ex warehouse conversion) benefits from very high ceilings, warm wood floors, exposed brick, loads of light pouring in from the windows, and a large kitchen. The tranquil Regents Canal is right around the corner and Kings Cross is a 5 minute cab ride away. It is located in Islington (airbnb wrongly puts it under Hackney). The canal is a hidden gem that few tourists know but Londoners love to commute, stroll, eat (many great pubs and restaurants along). Strongly recommend biking in all directions with quick access to Angel, Broadway mrkt, Victoria park and Canary wharf. A short walk brings you to hip Shorditch with its clubs, bars and famous cafes. The Bedroom: Cozy, big, high ceilings King-Size Bed 160x200 brand new memory foam medium firm mattress! Natural Light (Curtains for privacy) Luxurious linens Provided The Living Room: Huge space , loft, 15ft ceiling. Two designer 4 seater sofas (large enough to sleep on very comfortably One modern 3 seater sofabed (Ikea) Huge windows Exposed brick The Kitchen: Fully equipped Stove, Micro, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Machine, etc... Cooking Utensils Cooking Essentials Dinning for 10 The Bathroom: Shower/Bath Toilet, Sink Towels provided Essentials provided (ie: Blowdryer) Travel inf Walk to tube: 10 min to Old Street Station , 13 min to Angel Station, 5 min to Essex Rd station . Buses: on the corner brings you pretty much everywhere. Train: Essex Rd. station (7 min to Kings Cross/St pancreas) Regent's Canal is at your doorstep and is the perfect walkway and bike ride to and from the City and trendy East London. Trendy Hoxton square, Shoreditch and Brick Lane are minutes away .There is a Co-Operative supermarket on the corner and a few local pubs that are my go-to's. My favorite, and one that I consider a gem in London is the Duke of Cambridge, a fully organic gastro pub with the best wine selection and delicious food. Also the Thai restaurant next door to the market has a large, modern patio on the canal. Lovely. Also, for any students, my place is very very close to many institutions and colleges: LSE, London College of Fashion, UCL, Westminster University, Imperial College, RCA, King's College, London Business School.... more info >>

Description:This is a spacious, airy ground floor 3 double bedroom apartment, which can sleep a maximum of 7 people. The flat has its own separate entrance and access to a garden, with picnic table. The property is well light an airy due to its fantastic high ceilings and also benefits from wooden flooring in communal spaces but soft carpet in the bedrooms. The bedrooms all have double beds (135cm) and the living room has a dining table, sofas, TV and Blu-Ray player. The kitchen has a microwave and a dishwasher. With a bus stop directly outside the house, buses into central London are quick and easy. These, as well as other bus routes within walking distance of the flat, will take you directly to Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Portobello Market, Notting Hill Gate, Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The tube station is within a 5 minute walk of the flat and this can take you into The West End in 20 minutes as well as to various other attractions including London Zoo, South Bank (for the London Eye) and Madame Tussauds. Closer to home, the flat is situated only a few roads away from a relaxing park which includes a relaxed cafe and children s playground and is also close to a newly furnished sports centre which has a swimming pool and gym.
