(weather permitting) This cozy home is located extremely close to town but still has the view. There is a quaint movie theater ( $5.00 movies), grocery stores, public pool, and local happenings at the town square, and restaurants. It is a short drive to waterfalls. It is a short 40 min. drive to Asheville. Wooden floors throughout except laundry room and bathroom. Wood stove in fireplace for those cool nights. Baseboard electric heat is also available for use. Pets are welcome, just please clean up after them. **This is a smoke free home. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has one twin bed and a twin blow up mattress (if needed) All natural cleaners and soaps are used in this home. Organic blackberries, mint, and concord grapes are in the yard when in season. Linens * towels *all natural laundry soap * hand soap * toilet paper * dishes * toaster oven * coffee pot * washer/dryer * are provided. Local bus service is only 2 blocks away. We're only 1/4 mile from Biltmore Forest, a lovely community of stately homes, and lofty trees. Wonderful for walking! You may see a deer!
