Description:Asheville is such a wonderful place to visit! I love living here next to the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are amazing restaurants, microbreweries (we are the 1 beer city in the country), hiking, river sports, music scene, theater, eclectic shops, and so much more that you will absolutely fall in love with our beautiful town. When you stay in my home, you will truly experience the serenity of this country like setting and the convenience of being just 10 minutes from downtown. You will have your own bedroom with a queen bed with your own bathroom in my 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I have an open room to use for yoga, dance, tai chi, etc. Hardwood floors are throughout the home. There are 5 acres of woods in the back. There is no TV, but if you bring your laptop you can surf the web and watch movies. I'll provide some movies for you to choose from. A make it yourself breakfast is included in the price which consists of my farm fresh eggs, homemade muffins, homemade jam, fresh fruit, OJ, coffee and tea. I have a business that I run out of my home, so I'm here most all the time during the day. I love to meet people from other places and hear their stories if you'd like to share. Description:Welcome to ?Babbling Brook?, a 2-bedroom 2-bath log cabin conveniently located off scenic Hwy. 194 South in Todd, NC. The quiet lane leading to the cabin is lined with split-rail fencing, Rhododendrons, and a few antique log cabins creating a beautiful setting. A small stream flows directly by the cabin and adds to the overall ambiance. There?s a picnic table and fire pit beside the stream where you can picnic at or roast marshmallows. You may even decide to cook out burgers or steaks on the Weber gas grill. Take a morning walk from the cabin and enjoy the Carolina mountain scenery. The cabin is easily accessible year round regardless of the season. The all wood interior has been decorated with antiques and colorful quilts giving it a real cabin feel. It has a full kitchen with two bedrooms and a loft and comfortably sleeps 7. The master bath features a ceramic tiled Jacuzzi and the upstairs bath has a walk-in shower. The loft has a sofa with a TV/DVD and Foosball table. Watch your favorite program on the 32? flat panel TV in the living room or listen to music on the CD player. A sleeper sofa is provided as well for additional sleeping. There?s also another TV with cable in the master bedroom. Relax and unwind in the brand new hot tub on the covered porch. The cabin has central heat and A/C so you?ll be comfortable in any season. The fireplace has gas logs with a remote so one click provides a cozy fire.
