Description:This newly built log cabin is located in Cullowhee, North Carolina and is surrounded by the Smoky Mountains. The views are amazing this time of year! Our cabin has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a master bath. The upstairs guest room has a queen bed. The bonus room has a futon that folds out to a full bed as well as two air mattresses. There is a full bathroom upstairs and an additional half bath off the kitchen. There is a fireplace and a barbecue grill. The cabin is also equipped with all kitchen supplies, cable TV and long distance calling. Activities in the area include trout fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, canoeing, rock climbing, and much, much more! Description:The Bungalow at Little Willow Falls sits perched over a Natural Spring, with a 70 foot Cascading Rock Shoal, Waterfall. The sound of the falling water and the rain falling on the Vaulted tin roof is so relaxing and peaceful. The outdoor hammock off the side porch as well as the table, chairs and loungers next to the waterfall on the front deck are great places to relax. Within a few miles of The Bungalow is the town of Flat Rock, home to the Flat Rock Playhouse (the North Carolina State Theater), and the Carl Sandburg Home. Carl Sandburg was Abraham Lincoln's biographer, a U.S. Poet Laureate and a well known musician and journalist. The Playhouse puts on Broadway plays to packed out audiences throughout most of the year. The Carl Sandburg Home is operated by the park service and has tours of the Home (which was left just as it was when he died), extensive walking trails and a running goat farm. If you blink, you might miss the adorable downtown of Flat Rock with it's own gems which include a wood/fired pizza/bakery, an ice cream shop, a fine wine store, a fine art gallery, it's own Flat Rock Cinema theatre any many other shops. Description:The Little Sister is a sweet, quiet, cozy apartment attached to our home in north Asheville, a short 5 minute drive from art infused downtown Asheville, and a 10 minute walk from the historic Grovepark Inn (spa treatments, glass of wine on their porch). The apartment has a back porch that overlooks our beautiful flower and vegetable garden (our guests can even enjoy the fruits of that if they like), and the neighborhood is wonderful for walking, biking and running. Beautiful Beaver Lake is short walk away, which is great for a walk, run or ride. We are happy to direct to hikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway and can tell you where to get supplies - we'll even lend you a backpack or cooler if you need it. Numerous restaurants, and stores are within walking distance so the location is quite convenient - there is even a brewery that shows $3 movies and serves great pizza within a 10 minute walk (Asheville Pizza). There is a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, satellite TV (even has DVR for recording your favorite shows), a comfortable queen size bed, and air conditioning. See more information on our own . If we can make your trip better in any way, we'll try. We don't typically offer breakfast, but we do supply coffee with cream and sugar. If you'd like us to pick up bagels, juice and fruit for your arrival, we'd be happy to do that for $15 for two people per day. If you like exciting bike rides, we can recommend a few for you - we even have one extra bike for your use. There are great rides from the apartment up Sunset Mountain - big climbs and fast ascents! Description:This is a cute 100 year old bungalow in a good neighborhood an easy one mile walk to downtown Asheville. There is 1 bedroom with an antique double size bed, an office where I have an air mattress available and a very comfy sofa for sleeping in the living room. As this is a 100 year old house closet space is limited, but I have an antique wardrobe where you can hang your things. Also, there is only one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. I have a indoor/outdoor dog, Hershey who will not actually be here during your stay, but since she is a Labrador and prone to shedding, she might leave some of her fur behind. I also have an outdoor cat that I might ask you to put food in her bowl but as she isn't really a people cat, you probably won't see much of her. My home isn't fancy but it is filled with antiques and character. It isn't spotlessly clean, you might find a bit of fur fuzz or dust, but it is very comfortable and well loved.... more info >>

If you bring your bike you can zip down to the river district for mostly flat rides and get to Biltmore Village, out to Swannanoa, Black Mountain, up the river toward Madison County. Bikes can also easily be rented in town too, heck you can just walk to a bike store and rent one. Earth Fare (healthy living food store), is just around the corner. Downtown is a 15 minute bike ride or less than 5 minute drive. If you bring your bikes, you can roll them right into the apartment. Queen size bed, kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Porch for sitting. The entrance to Biltmore is a little over 5 minutes away. The Blue Ridge Parkway is about 10 minutes away. Downtown is about 2 miles away, less as the crow flies, so much to do and see.. Description:We own a historic home built in 1929. Jenna is a musician and a music teacher and M.C. is an educator, private tutor and writer. You may see us but it it is unlikely you will hear us. The 1929 concrete walls are very thick. You won't hear from us, unless we hear from you. Once in a while though in the summer, I have become quite excited when our Night Blooming Cereus, blossoms and I envite guests over for wine and to bask in it's scent and beauty. We have had our business since 2008 and loved it since. Your bedroom is an addition to the home. We live in one side and you the other of the 4000 total sq. ft. The 700 sq.ft. luxury suite. Jenna will give you a tour, show you the books in the suite about the area, hiking, a large resource binder on everything you want to know about Asheville, tell you about all of the amazing local restaurants, and more. I am available by cell 24hrs. and provide an airport driving service for a small gas fee. I also provide a designated driving service all night hours for a small cost so you can drink and not drive! Laundry service is available as well. If your stay is longer than two weeks then we clean and change the sheets. Of course your towels are changed weekly or as needed. As for the beauty of your space, it fills with the morning eastern sun as well as the setting sun all with large windows. You bedroom opens to sliding doors onto a patio and into a private backyard. Furnished with antiques yet housed with all the comforts of modern technology. Convenient to downtown though located in a beautiful quite historic neighborhood. Walking distance to the popular West Asheville neighborhood. Amenities: private bath, NO smoking, Wi-Fi, two TV's, DVD/VCR combo with over 100 movie choices. A stereo, large outside gas propane grill, kitchenette: coffee/tea/hot chocolate and sweeteners provided (including local honey), and organic cream. Coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, hotplate, dorm fridge, and all plating and utensils. We even have a cooler for you to take on a picnic or hike. There is a winter mountain view, large private yard, partial handicap access, please call first with children, NO pets (sorry, people are allergic). We offer full catering but meals not included. Our catering service can accomodate special diets including gluten free (except for the kitchen), raw, diabetic, vegetarian, many world cuisines including regional. We use only natural cruelty-free meats, free range, some organic when possible and also as much as we can support all local farmers. Laundry service available for a small fee or nearby. We have a large circular drive that can fit two cars, an RV, or even your small boat (please call first). We are 3 miles from town by bicycle ride and 4 miles over the bridge.
