Description:This is a cute 100 year old bungalow in a good neighborhood an easy one mile walk to downtown Asheville. There is 1 bedroom with an antique double size bed, an office where I have an air mattress available and a very comfy sofa for sleeping in the living room. As this is a 100 year old house closet space is limited, but I have an antique wardrobe where you can hang your things. Also, there is only one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. I have a indoor/outdoor dog, Hershey who will not actually be here during your stay, but since she is a Labrador and prone to shedding, she might leave some of her fur behind. I also have an outdoor cat that I might ask you to put food in her bowl but as she isn't really a people cat, you probably won't see much of her. My home isn't fancy but it is filled with antiques and character. It isn't spotlessly clean, you might find a bit of fur fuzz or dust, but it is very comfortable and well loved.... more info >>

The Blue Ridge Parkway is just minutes away. Mission Hospital is 0.5 mile away. Veterans Administration Hospital is 5 minutes away. The house is also available for monthly rentals. The house is tastefully decorated to provide you with a calm oasis very close to central Asheville, also know as the Paris of the South for its many cafes and European flavor. There is a television room off the living room with a 32 flat screen television. We provide expanded cable channel selection for television viewing as well as high speed internet. Netflix is provided as well. The house has wifi throughout. Ceiling fans are provided in each room of the house. There is a private deck with a view of the back garden. Patio furniture is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven and refrigerator, but it is a country kitchen meaning that it is not super modern (no diswasher or disposal). We provide recycling bins and encourage you to use them.We also compost vegetable material. There are pots and pans and cutlery provided. If you have special needs, let us know and we will try to accomodate. We live very close by. The dining room table has two leaves for expansion and seats 6 people. Description:2005 National TropiCal T370 diesel 37' motorhome (Cummins 350, 6 speed Alison transmission)completely furnished with dishes, pots & pans as well as bed and bath linens. It has 3 slide-out rooms, washer & dryer, carpet in bedroom & livingroom, tile in kitchen & bath areas, stainless steel appliances, fully automatic awning, 2 rooftop air conditioning units, and Corian countertops in kitchen & both bathroom areas. The bedroom has an rv queen size bed, the kitchen table folds down to sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children, the couch folds out to sleep 2 adults or 2-3 small children. You would be responsible for booking your own campground/rv park reservations as well as diesel and propane. Rent it and take it on the road! Rental includes dishes, linens, gas grill and 4 reclining lawn chairs. The motorhome is pet-friendly. There is no smoking allowed inside the motorhome. The linens are washed and the motorhome is cleaned with non-toxic earth-friendly cleaning products. Rental rates are as follows: $325 per night (4 night minimum), $1950 per week, $4900 per month. All rates include 100 miles per night, with additional miles at .45 per mile. Generator Charge (5 hours per day free, then $3 per hour additional), Cleaning Charge ($200), etc. There is an additional $500.00 fee for pets. There is a 50% deposit due at booking, then the remaining balance is due upon arrival. There is a $1000.00 security deposit, which is returnable post check-out cleaning with no damages.
