Screened in porch on back overlooking large bass pond. Fenced in back yard. Horse paddock at cabin. Very private & quiet. Rocking recliner,Cable television. Wireless internet. A/C & Heat. No inside pets. Our Horse trails are very near cabin, fishing ponds close by. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer in parking area. Rates are: $50.00 per night 2 people. Each extra person $10.00 per night. No more than 4 people in cabin at one time. Horse paddock at cabin for 2 horses. Fishing from 8a.m. to 8 p.m.. No hunting Sorry! Lots of wildlife to watch. Screened in back deck overlooking bass pond. Beautiful views. Quiet & Secluded. A nice weekend getaway from everyday life & work schedules. Perfect for a honeymoon get away. Stores are within 2 miles of the farm. Gas stations are close. Interstate 81 is 6 miles away. FOR TOURISTS: We are located approximately 45 to 50 minutes north east of Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge is approximately 35 miles south east of us also. We are very very close to interstate 81 and the exit for Pigeon Forge is only 30 miles south of us. We are close to the Smokey Mountains. The Appalacian Trail is a 20 minute drive from us. We require that ALL guests check in NO LATER than 8 p.m. We are working people and require rest. Description:Two bedroom and fully furnished cottage located less than 2 miles from Roan Mountain State Park and a short drive to the top of Roan Mountain where the largest Natural Rhoderdendron Garden is in full bloom during late June. The top of the mountain also offers great views, hiking, and picnic areas. The State Park offers swimming, fishing, hiking, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, and summer and fall activities. No smoking please. There are two covered porches if you do smoke. Has wheel chair access. TV & VCR. No phone. All linens are provided. There is also a picnic table and fire pit in back yard.
