Description:Dear friends, guest and new visitors. The house with the guest apartment is located in Bonita Springs. west of US 41 on the south side of the Imperial River and between a waterway that functions as a small harbor'. It's like an island. The private,quiet road in front of the house ends after a two hundred yards - a cull de sac. No thru traffic. Or neighbors on booth sides are nice and friendly and there is a good distance between the properties. Across the river is a well maintained park,no houses or boat ramps. After substantial renovation of the two story house, a very comfortable guest apartment was established. The apartment has a full functioning kitchen with all amenities and beautiful granite countertops.The french door open to a full screened lanai that has a wonderful view the river and wildlife. The bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower with modern faucets. All floors are are tiled to keep them easily cleaned. On the river side is a large garden with plenty of space for sunbathing. We have no swimming pool but a large hot tub. The Imperial River is ideal for canoeing and is full of all kinds of fish. We see manatees, dolphins, snook, turtles and much more. The Bonita Barefoot beach with shower facilities is nearby. Ten to fifteen minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car. There is a beach parking fee. North of us is a large shopping center with many stores: food super market, dry cleaner, post office, banks, restaurants, pubs, mini golf, and much more. All can be reached by bike or foot, no major road has to be crossed. We will be very happy to accommodate you here. We only have one guest apartment. Description:quiet, tranquil condo in gated community, 2nd floor overlooking palm trees and pool. Our condo is part of the Vanderbilt Lakes community, located between US-41 and the Gulf of Mexico. It's a quiet, gated community that shows off lush landscaping and beautiful lakes, which are home to multiple housing units consisting of luxurious single family homes and carefree villas. The neighbors are friendly and courteous (usually like to congregate around the pool). There's dozens of wonderful restaurants, beaches and golf courses within minutes of the 2nd floor condo, as we conveniently sit about 1 1/4 mile away from the Gulf. (homemade ice cream shop within walking distance-- yummy!!):) We just installed a new air-conditioning system and installed shutters throughout the interior of the condo. The screened-in lanai overlooks the beautiful pool. We are looking for rentors who will keep the condo clean and tidy.
