It has a small patio in which you can eat. The lake of volcanic origin located in the northern province of Rome is a popular beach resort of Lazio. The lake waters are particularly rich in fish, particularly suitable for those who love this sport. Moreover, a regional law prevents the navigation engine, with the exception of boat that performs seasonal service between the three towns of the basin, Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia, Trevignano Romano. It comprises of 1 master bedroom, a large and light living room with king size sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. There is also a sunny terrace facing west with table and chairs plus a second balcony facing east. Sunny all day! It is located just on the outskirts of Bracciano in a quiet residential area and benefits from outside parking, use of communal gardens, playground where children can play safely away fro the road, tennis and basketball courts. It is also close to shops such as supermarket, bar and hairdresser and a local restaurant it is also nearby. There is also an urban bus just on the main road which goes to Rome in about 1hr. An urban railway connects Bracciano to Rome every half an hour reaching the heart of the City in about 40 minutes.
