The entire house is available to you when you select this property. The apartment has a large bedroom, large kitchen, separate fully equipped office, large living room and large balcony with sun on the 2nd half of the day. You can also make use of all the amenities provided, including the central heating, a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, SONOS sound system in living room and kitchen, washing machine, printer & further office equipment, my bicycle (extra bicycles can be provided) and I will leave typical Dutch food in the freezer to enjoy (or just try). Haarlem is a beautiful cobble-stoned city and from the busstop it is 17 minutes to Schiphol, 7 minutes to downtown Haarlem, to popular Zandvoort beach 30 minutes and 25 minutes to Amsterdam Central. Better than taking the public transport is going by bicycle, from the apartment many locations as the beach, dunes, lakes, and cultural locations can be reached by roads only for bicycle. About Haarlem, located on the banks of the Spaarne river, this relaxed city is full of picturesque canals, a maze of narrow streets, hidden gardens and many of the best dutch museums. A 12 minute bicycle trip aside the Spaarne river will lead you downtown to ‘Kleine Houtstraat’, a pretty boutique shopping street voted to be the best in the Netherlands many times. The city also boasts many great restaurants and bars and this historical beer-brewing centre has a lively culture and active nightlife. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a separate shower and a tub. You also have access to a washer and dryer. There are two other rooms that are locked and unavailable. Description:August 2012: come spend your summer in a wonderful home in the best part of the Netherlands! We are offering our very comfortable family house in Laren (near Amsterdam). Appropriate for a family with children or 2 couples. The house has a large living room with open kitchen and open doors into the garden, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 childrens), 2 bathrooms as well as a Tv chamber/playroom. Including amenities like a dishwasher, a washmaschine, a dryer, bikes for you to use, childrens toys, a lounge set, a bbq, a parking place etc. The house is located in the center of Laren, which has many restaurants and shops and an hospital. It's a family-friendly environment with plenty of activities (public swimming pool, playgrounds, small beaches and a zoo - all within a 30 minute car-ride) The village centre of Laren (and Blaricum) are the only villages in the province of North Holland with recognisable village greens. Laren is located in ‘t Gooi which is famous for its unspoiled nature (heathland) and near to Amsterdam. Your stay will be in the perfect surroundings for hiking and walking. Description:In international and neath neigbourhood appartment with big back garden and just one street below the shopping street Theresiastraat. In this street you'll find a swimmingpool, busstop, library, restaurants, squashing Big living of two area's, kitchen, bedroom, extra room, corridor. This house was build in 1929, so it had lots of characteristics elements. I fixed it up in 2011, so new walls, ceilings, painted everything inside, new floor, new furniture.
