Description:If you’re looking for an affordable alternative to the expensive hotel prices in Amsterdam or are looking for short stay family accomodation, this is the perfect house for you. The house is an ideal base for exploring Amsterdam and surrounding areas and accommodates a family of 4 or 5 easily. The house has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated and equipped with modern appliances. It is located in Naarden, a charming, historic, fortress village, shaped like a 6-point star. The house has a newly renovated, modern, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and “American” refrigerator. The dining area and living room are spacious and open up to the garden, a perfect spot for enjoying the late summer evenings. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a separate shower and a tub. You also have access to a washer and dryer. There are two other rooms that are locked and unavailable. The house is comfortably furnished and includes: - cable tv, dvd, stereo - sofa, reclining chair and dining table for 6-8 persons - two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a double bed and single bunk bed - free wireless internet access - full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, large oven - washing machine and dryer - and bicycles upon request! The house is close to Amsterdam (20 km), Hilversum (10 km), Utrecht (30 km), Schiphol Airport (30 km), all easily accessible by train from the Naarden-Bussum train station, which is a 15-minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Trains leave to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hilversum and Schiphol every 15 minutes. The house is also conveniently located close to highway A1 and there is plenty of free parking in front of the house. The central location and access to main highways makes it an ideal starting point to almost every destination in the Netherlands. The charming center of Naarden Vesting has excellent restaurants and is a 10-minute walk or (less than) 5 minute bike ride from the house. Naarden also has wonderful access to beautiful cycling and hiking trails through some of the most beautiful nature areas close to Amsterdam and is a great area for outdoor sports. There is a beach on the lake, 5 minutes from the house and the immediate area offers sailing, tennis, golf, soccer, sport club, and a swimming pool all within very close proximity. Description:Entire house for rent during the summer 2012 12th july till 6th august 2012. (Also possible leaving 7 August in the morning) The house has 2 story's. Downstairs > the entrance, toilet, cupboard, livingroom, kitchen incl dishwasher, garden (25m2), First story > Bathroom with bath, toilet, shower, sink, Study/bed-room (7m2)), Big bedroom (dubbel bed) (20m2). Attic (24m2) washing machine, dryingmachine, bed, ironingboard, single bed and airbed. It is possible to place the single bed in the study/bedroom at first level. Supermarkets are 5 minutes walk as well as the bakery, butcher, liquar store and more. De area is very safe. Public transport (busses) very nearby (4 minutes walk), train > 10 minutes walk. 15 minutes cycling to the citycentre. Carparking is FREE! It takes only 10 minutes before you are on the highway :-). 4 Minutes walk to the Julianapark, nice for children (and yourself) there is animals and a playground. Big grasfiled to enjoy playing soccer and picnic. Internet availeble (wireless). On request, the is 1 bike available.
