You can use my parking card: free parking in the street! Old Rotterdam at a nice little square at the front and quiet gardens at the back. Minimum stay 1 night, except saturday-night: minimum stay 2 nights. 2012: 60 euros a night! 1 week: 375 euros! The museums of Rotterdam are 15 minutes walk, the train is 15 minutes walk. Tram at the corner to all places of Rotterdam. Amsterdam (40 minutes), Antwerpen (30 minutes) and the Haque (15 minutes) by train. Nice, cosy, apartment at 1th floor. (not the ground floor!). One big room (60m2) for relax, study, sleep. Big windows at each end. Full equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) and wc also on the 1th floor. Inside stairs to the 3th floor with the bathroom with shower and washingmachine. Of course clean towels and bed linen. The bathroom at the 3th floor and the toilet on the 1th floor are only shared with a quiet Italian boy who lives at the 3th floor. (the 2th floor is a completely separate apartment.) You have the privacy as if it is your own apartment! The bathroom is also ok! Many DVD's and books for the rainy day! Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 2pm, and check out will be at 12pm.... more info >>

Description:August 2012: come spend your summer in a wonderful home in the best part of the Netherlands! We are offering our very comfortable family house in Laren (near Amsterdam). Appropriate for a family with children or 2 couples. The house has a large living room with open kitchen and open doors into the garden, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 childrens), 2 bathrooms as well as a Tv chamber/playroom. Including amenities like a dishwasher, a washmaschine, a dryer, bikes for you to use, childrens toys, a lounge set, a bbq, a parking place etc. The house is located in the center of Laren, which has many restaurants and shops and an hospital. It's a family-friendly environment with plenty of activities (public swimming pool, playgrounds, small beaches and a zoo - all within a 30 minute car-ride) The village centre of Laren (and Blaricum) are the only villages in the province of North Holland with recognisable village greens. Laren is located in ‘t Gooi which is famous for its unspoiled nature (heathland) and near to Amsterdam. Your stay will be in the perfect surroundings for hiking and walking. Description:This bright, 100meter-appartment has a superb view on the one and only central cities park. It is located in the diamant quarter: you'll enjoy the presence of Jewish and Indian people. The fuzz and the buzz is just 5 steps away: park, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, cinema, shopping street, club... At 2 km away direction North you have Antwerp North, known for its Maritime Museum, The red light district and its new Park Spoor Noord. At 3 km to the South, you find Antwerp's Art district The South where you have lots of bars where they play live music at night. This location guarantees you an entertaining stay with wifi, hifi and tv in the house. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated three years ago so together with a dishwasher and a rain shower you can chill and relax. Unless you don't want to do the laundry, feel free to use the washing machine. An ideal place to sleep since the appartment has one king sized bed and a spacious living room of 50m² where a third person could sleep in the sofa. Thanks to double glazing and the 7th floor you barely hear a mouse. By the way I don't have pets, because I'm allergic to fur. If you really want to see animals, go visit our zoo which is a footstep away. Public transport and the trendy CIty bikes are in front of my door. At 400m you find the central station which brings you to Brussels in 35minutes, to Bruges in 90 minutes and to Amsterdam in 2hrs. Since I lived in Germany and Singapore, I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. If I'm not home, e.g. this Frebruary I'm on holiday, Mimi my mom will be glad to take over the warm housewelcoming. Wikipedia gives the following information about recreation in this town: Lots of parks, including the large Wilhelminapark, elsenburgerbos. The Von Fisenne Park has a petting zoo. Sports park 'De Schilp' has an indoor swimming pool. The largest shopping center is called 'In de Bogaard' and smaller shops are located in the old town center (Herenstraat).
