Description:Located south in Haarlem and within walking distance to busstation, large park, shopping mall, fitness centre and many independent bicycle lanes (bicycle available) for comfort and culture and good infrastructure to everywhere in the country. The entire house is available to you when you select this property. The apartment has a large bedroom, large kitchen, separate fully equipped office, large living room and large balcony with sun on the 2nd half of the day. You can also make use of all the amenities provided, including the central heating, a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, SONOS sound system in living room and kitchen, washing machine, printer & further office equipment, my bicycle (extra bicycles can be provided) and I will leave typical Dutch food in the freezer to enjoy (or just try). On the lovely balcony a BBQ can be used. Parking is available at the front of the building and always enough space. Haarlem is a beautiful cobble-stoned city and from the busstop it is 17 minutes to Schiphol, 7 minutes to downtown Haarlem, to popular Zandvoort beach 30 minutes and 25 minutes to Amsterdam Central. Better than taking the public transport is going by bicycle, from the apartment many locations as the beach, dunes, lakes, and cultural locations can be reached by roads only for bicycle. About Haarlem, located on the banks of the Spaarne river, this relaxed city is full of picturesque canals, a maze of narrow streets, hidden gardens and many of the best dutch museums. A 12 minute bicycle trip aside the Spaarne river will lead you downtown to ‘Kleine Houtstraat’, a pretty boutique shopping street voted to be the best in the Netherlands many times. The city also boasts many great restaurants and bars and this historical beer-brewing centre has a lively culture and active nightlife. Description:The boat is a belgian spits of 1958 and in a perfect condition. it's a very charming boat in it's original condition. It has a wide of 5 meter and a lenght of 409 meters. It's located mainly in or around Antwerp, correct descriptions will be given when the reservation is completed. 2 bikes are available to cruse to the centre. Or with bad weather I drive you by car. Even a little speed boat is available to navigate easily to the centre and cosy harbour of Antwerp with all it's restaurants and cafés! On request a trip to cities like Ghent, Brugge, or Brussels are possible. The boat has a 200 m2 capacity outdoor deck. The living space is 20 m2 bathroom 6 m2 bedroom 6 m2. The accommodation is located in the lodge/home of the captain, it contains a private bedroom, bathroom with shower, a living room and kitchen. It has all modern facilities like central heating and so on. The living room is a nice and cosy place with art books and music to discover. On top there's a nice terrace with a BBQ! I have my artist studio in the hold of the ship and up front in the sailors cabin, which is more primitive then the captains lodge but very authentic and charming.
