Description:I have a modern house in a quiet neighboorhoud along a canal where are passing boats, kayaks, ducks and other birds. 5-10 min walk to city center. If you like I can give you a guided tour of Mechelen which is worth a visit: medieval houses, nice shopping, good pubs, etc. You can explore other Belgian cities from my place. 5 min walk to the main station. 17 min by train to Brussels Central Station, 16 min to Antwerp Central Station, 44 min – Gent, 78 min to Brugge, 22 min to Leuven. The trains in Belgium are comfortable, so no need to rent a car. There is a direct train from Amsterdam Centr or Amsterdam Schiphol (airport) to Mechelen, every hour. My house is a nice spot for starting your cycling tour along different canals. I have some old but still good bicycles you can use. Near to swimming pool and I can show you interesting running tours. There is Wifi in the house. If you can't bring your own computer you can use mine. Also television (Dutch and French spoken) and DVD. Parking space is in front of the door (only the first 15 min are for free) or 500 m further it's for free. If your car is not too big you can fit it in my garage which you can use for free. Description:Welcome to our home! This beautiful house which is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, is perfect for families who would like to visit Amsterdam as well as enjoy Leiden and its environment. It is situated in Leiden which is a beautiful old university town. It is known as a museum town and has canals, many museums, very nice restaurants and the beach nearby. It takes only 25 minutes to reach the centre of Amsterdam by train or by car. Of course you will find all the necessary information about how to get there and where to go to in the house. You can use the bikes (there are 4 bikes available for grown-ups) as well as other amenities: our tv, dvd's, the computer with wireless internet, our piano, the dishwasher, the washing machine and the dryer. Description:Since I'm traveling the Middle-East and because of low season, I'd like to offer you a stay in this cosy appartment for a friendly price. The 1935 appartment (groundfloor, facing a parc in the front and the garden in the back) is close to the city centre of Rotterdam and Blijdorp Zoo. The fully furnished living room is styled in soft retro with a sofa, dining table and desk with computer, all completely private! The clean and tidy kitchen is fully equiped with a refrigirator, dishwasher and combi-microwave. The appartment boasts 2 souterrain bedrooms with clean towels and bed linnen. It's situated near Central station (10 min walk), public transport (200 m) and highway (ex. The Hague city is 20 min by car). Keep in mind that parking is limited. WE WILL PLAN THE TIME WITH YOU, ALSO YOU DON'T HAVE TO STAY THEN FOR MINIMUM 3NIGHTS. AT THE MOMENT WE ONLY SIGNED OUR BY NOW ASSURED AVAILABILITIES IN THE CALENDER. BUT AFTER YOU HAVE WRITTEN US, WE WILL OPEN OUR CALENDER FOR YOU TO BOOK OUR PLACE FOR YOUR FAVORISED TIME. You will have this cosy studio for your own. It includes a new bathroom and a kitchen totally equipped. This means hairdryer, towels and for the kitchen pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. there is also a small balcony (1,5m²) just perfect for smoking :-) There is internet in the studio but no wireless. The pc-screen, keyboard and printer as you see them on the photo will be included upon the deposit requested by now. If you want to use TV and hi-fi as well, just write us and we will see :-) we hope you don't mind that we would rise the deposit then. The studio is equiped with a cosy 1.40m x 2.00m bed, two pillows and a thick 1.40m wide blanket (it's a two persons blanket). We also have two bar-bells with up to 20kilos, a sleeping mat, rope and a power stick if you want to do some sports. In front of the building we have a huge parking place. If there won't be any place free, there are still parking spots on the street as well as a big park ride 20 meters up the road. There are buses leaving to the city center in front of the house, anotherone 200meters further on the ring. The bus on the ring is leaving every 10 mins and is headding to the centrail station (10mins). From there you can take all trains. Trains and buses to the airport are leaving from the centrail train station. It takes a 15-20 mins walk to the citycenter (grote markt). There are also bikerentals, just ask us and we will surely help you out -) I recommend going on weekends with the train, belgium has half-price on weekends for the traintickets. but only on two-way tickets. As we are next to the ring, you are fast and easily in brussels within 20min by car. Here also important to know: Parking is free on weekends in Brussels. And for those who are really interested in history, there is a great walking tour starting every day at 2:30 o'clock in front of the tourist office at grote markt. It takes about 3 hours and costs 10€. Leuven itself is a living and young city. The oude markt is famous for it's bars. The center is quite historical and nice to explore. You also should check out the begijnhof, the botanical garden and the stella brewery. We will give you our Leuven tourist guide, so you can't miss a thing! On the back of our building there is a colryut (huge supermarket). We also have Aldi, Carrefour, bakery etc. in closest range (within max. 5 min walk). So if you still have questions just contact us. Description:The livingroom is spacious with two doors to the garden. Because the garden site of this room is made of glass it's very light inside. There's also a piano. The kitchen is very cosy with a table for (comfortable) 6 people but 8 to 10 is also possibly. Everything you need is there: a dishwasher, microwave etc. Of course there is one toilet in the hall. On the first floor you find a small study (with computer) and two bedrooms (ca. 16 m2) with extra beds. There's a small but comfortable bathroom (with bath and shower) and a seperate toilet in the hall. The masterbedroom is on the second floor and is very cosy. On this floor you find the washingmachine and the dryer. We live sinds 2002 in this house and everything has been renovated back then. You can use the barbeque and our bicycles. At the end of the street you can see the green environment. There are horses and mules. The town we live in is one of the most beautiful places of Holland. It's very green and you can make great walks. The river Rhine is 5 min. away from our house. Also worth for walkings. There is also a museum specialized in WW II: Airborne Museum. But you can also walk into the town to shop or dine in one of the restaurants. That's the beauty of it all: nature, good restaurants and shopping is all within a few minutes walking. Our town has a railway station (Amsterdam is about 1 hour by train) and lots of buses. Arnhem is the nearest big town and you can also visit Germany, it's only 30 min. away by car.
