This magnificent apartment is situated in a monumental mansion of over 100 years old. The large windows at front offer a view on the charming Westersingel with its water canal, full grown trees and grand buildings. The rear side overlooks quiet green gardens. This is a very spacious apartment of 120 m2. On the 3rd floor one finds the entrance hall with coat hooks and separate toilet. The living room is in front, with comfy corner seat and large pillows, a good reading lamp, a flat screen television and a collection of books about architecture, design, cooking and the city of Rotterdam. On the rear there s a separate dining room with old fashioned mantel piece, iPod docking station, and a dining table large enough to easily spread your morning paper on.
