Description:This apartment is the ground floor of an old typical Antwerp style house. It has very high ceilings, wooden floors, spacious rooms, a terrace with table next to the kitchen. The bathroom is huge and has a bathtub with bubbles (jacuzzi) and a separate shower. The kitchen can host a large family as it is so big and it is well equipped so that you can cook your favorite diches or try something local. There are two supermarkets in the same street, the nearest one is called Delhaize and is just 100meters away. A part from supermarkets, you also have small morocan shops with fresh meat, fish and vegetables. Next to the apartment you have a vintage recycling shop with old furniture and clothes for very interesting prices. A few blocks away you have a nice square that is filled with nice restaurants and bars that open till morning. There is a nice playground on the square perfect for parents that like to have a drink while the chidren play. The apartment is very well situated because it is near the centre (10 minutes by bike or tram), the central station and Berchem station. Description:We live in a small monumental house on the eastside of Utrecht city centre. Our house is an oldie, built in 1898, and has a livingroom, an open kitchen, 2 toilets, a jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms and a garden (south and sunny). In one bedroom you'll find a lits-jumeaux and in the other, smaller room it's possible to make a bed for a third person, or a bed for two small children. In our kitchen you'll find a SMEG stove with oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk foamer. In our garden - which is pretty big for Dutch city gardens especially in Utrecht - we have a WEBER BBQ on gas, so it's useable all the time. We also like to grow veggies and berries, so everything that grows here, you can eat. And finally we've got 2 racingbikes (with big locks) you can use to bike into the sparkling city centre of Utrecht. You'l be there in only 5 minutes! Utrecht is - according to National Geographic - a bizarrely under-visited and graceful city. Just like Amsterdam (which is only 20 minutes from Utrecht) the old town is encircled by a medieval canal. Take a boat ride, it's worth it! Utrecht’s impressive townhouses nowadays are filled with bohemian cafes, amazing shops, great restaurants and bars. We know quite a few nice spots you can visit. Ofcourse Utrecht has some wonderful museums too. The Nijntje (Miffy) House, The Rietveld House and The Central Museum are the most visited. Utrecht is also a good starting place for a trip to almost anywhere. Amsterdam is 20 minutes away, Rotterdam and The Hague 40 minutes and Haarlem is just 50 minutes away. The train (just a 10 minute bike ride from our house) will take you to these nice cities and for the most part you can also take a ride back at night! In Dutch this is called the nachtnet and it works very well. Because Holland is quite small a visit to Belgium (Antwerp is very nice and about 1 hour and 30 minutes away) and Germany (Dusseldorf is an hour and 30 minutes away) is also an option. Paris - for the real traveller - is (onlur drive. We can provide tips to almost every city we named... We like to travel, so we've visited all of them. Description:You are welcome to stay in my very nice, spacious and bright appartement in an upcoming neigbourhood near the center of Antwerp (Borgerhout). There is one bedroom for two persons (two single matrasses put together) and a very spacious living. For shorter stays there is a futon or airbed that can accomodate two extra people in the living room. Since I am leaving for holiday soon I'm still looking for someone to stay in my appartement in september 2011. There is wifi, a dish washer, a washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub... and there are some nice little restaurants, a small park, café's and a lot of stores nearby. The appartement is very close to public transport, trams to the center stop at 200 m, but you can go very easily by foot or by bike too. The central station is at about 15 minutes walking distance. If you're interested in art, architecture or fashion, Antwerp is definitly worth a visit!... more info >>

Though it is quite small (you can perfectly walk from one interesting place to another), you'll find many shops, café's, restaurants, cultural activities and tourist attractions here. And because of the many students hanging around, nightlife as well is vivid and much fun. It's a cute little town. It is what most Americans think of when they imagine a smallish European city : Cobblestone streets, cafés all over, pigeons, old churches, a beautiful city hall, etc. Leuven is in the centre of Belgium, and only 25 minutes driving from Brussels, 55 from Liège, 80 from Gent, 90 from the coast, 60 from Ghent... Description:Nice huis , good to live . Good communication with The Hague, Amsterdam and Brussels. Just next to the University Delft and UNESCO. By plane Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is 45 min away by train. For Delft, you have to change at at Leiden Centraal or The Hague Hollands Spoor (which is called Den Haag HS). If you prearrange a taxi to pick you up at Schiphol, expect to pay €60 to Delft. Rotterdam The Hague Airport is only a few kilometres away but has poor public transport connections. RET city bus 33 runs frequently to Rotterdam Centraal Station and takes you there in about 20 min. From there it's a 20 min train ride. When taking an airport taxi from Rotterdam The Hague Airport, expect to pay about €35 for the trip. Other, cheaper, options are prearranged taxis from Delft. [edit]By train Delft has two railway stations: Delft (near the city center and best for the university) and Delft Zuid (Delft's southern residential area). (Direct) train connections run from: Den Haag Central Station or Hollands Spoor(10 min, Schiphol Airport (45 min, €9.10) Note that the train from Schiphol does not stop at Delft so you need to change at Leiden or Den Haag HS (HS stands for Holland Spoor). Amsterdam ( From 2010 till 2013, there will be building works in progress as a new train tunnel is being built through Delft.
