Im Erdegeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Duschbad und die Küche inkl. Wohnraum. Oben befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Hochbett (1,40 m breit) und einem Schlafsofa. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Küchenutensilien, Herd, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ferienpark de Kreek/ Aquadelta auf der Zeeland-Insel Schouwen-Duiveland in den Niederlanden. Der Ferienpark ist eingebettet von Wäldern und Wiesen, die von kleinen Bachläufen durchzogen sind. Einer der schönsten Strände der Region finden Sie in Renesse (ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt). Hier laden Strandrestaurants z.B. zu einem Mittagsimbiss ein und von den Sonnenterrassen kann man die ganze Weite des Strandes und der Dünen überblicken. Aber auch das Grevelingenmeer lädt mit seinen ausgedehnten Liegewiesen zu einem erholsamen Sonnentag am Meer ein. Auch zu anderen Jahreszeiten, bewahrt sich die Insel ihr besonderes Flair: Bruinisse: Ein Wahrzeichen von Bruinisse ist die große Muschel, die am Hafen zu finden ist. Bruinisse lebt heute noch größtenteils vom Fisch- und Muschelfang. Am Hafen finden Sie deshalb auch das Fischereimuseeum. Der beste Platz um das Kommen und Gehen der Boote zu beobachten ist an der Schleuse. Zierikzee: Zierikzee ist die größte Stadt der Insel. Sie finden hier neben zahlreichen modernen Geschäften auch viele denkmalgeschützte Gebäude. Description:This flat is only available in JULY. 1-room flat on the 17th floor with a stunning view. The old city centre is a 10-minute walk away. Ghent is a small city with 297 bars, 50.000 students, an alive music scene with free concerts every day, good secondhand shopping, very relaxed natives and almost no cannibals. The city lies between Bruges and Brussels, and that's also what it feels like: you get a romantic setting with pretty medieval buildings (like Bruges) mixed up with a living nightlife (like Brussels). I'm moving out in June, so my flat will be mainly unfurnished. There will be a bed though, and a table to eat at with two chairs . The flat is completely yours during your stay. Description:The house is a modern and fresh house that dates from 1904 and renovated with old details left. It has modern fireplace, modern fully equiped kitchen with all you need, a small garden, a two persons bed, two toilets (one on the ground floor and one in the bathroom), a bathroom with bath and toilet, a study and a wine cellar. The first floor and ground floor has been completely renovated in 2007. Naarden Vesting is a monumental and historic vesting village near Amsterdam (15 min. drive) which is surrounded in with water to protect the village in ancient times. It is an unique place in the Netherlands for culture an near the Gooi lake as a nature monument where you can sail, kitesurf (Gooi meer), play golf (Naarder golfclub), biking or just for making nice walks. It is also the homebase of one of Hollands' most famous Dutch interior Designers Jan des Bouvrie with the historic Arsenaal to expose and sell his work. It has it all: museums, a fort, many restaurants (from modern, top, to simple and classic), design, shops and a lovely saturday market. And on one hand a small village surrounded by nature.. That is probably why it has been rated as one of the best places to live in in The Netherlands. For more information: @ Saturdays there is a market with fresh fish, delicious nuts, flowers and Dutch English pies which we would recommend! There is a Coffee company at 5 min. walk which is lovely and relaxing.. On a sunny day you can sit on the terrace main street of the village. It is free and easy to park a car. The nearest trainstation is 15 min. walk. Amsterdam is a 20 min drive with car or train. Description:Since i like to travel a lot myself i have my big appartment for rent sometimes. I am very flexible with dates. My appartment is very big and perfectly located, in the historical city centre, at the canal. All the main attraction in Utrecht (Dom tower, musea, Museumkwarier neighourhood, cinemas, restaurants, bars) are on walking distance and the the train to Amsterdam is only 30 minutes. The central train station is also on walking distance, but if you want to take the bus, the bus stop is just few steps away. The appartment is not luxerous in the design but it is defenitely nice and has all the things you need. The appartment is on the ground floor and has a big living room/ kitchen en another very big living room/office. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need: gas stove with elekctric oven, fridge with freezer, water cooker, coffee maker, more than enough pans, plates, glasses et cetera. The appartment has one big bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. The appartment is very comfortable with 3 persons, but there is a possibility for 2 extra people on the double sofa/bed in the office. And i have an extra matrass to put on the floor. So when you need it, there is space for 6 people. The bathroom is upstairs and has a sink, a shower in a bath and a washing machine. There is a seperate toilet downstairs. The whole appartment is about 120 square meters! If you are with a bigger group and bring your own matrasses, you can stay as well! Once there we were with 21 people sleeping here and it was no problem. There is kitchen equipment like plates and forks, knives for 25 people. There is a little garden with a table and chairs with sunshine in the morning (perfect for breakfast), and there is a possibility to sit at the terrace at the canal to enjoy the sun in afternoon. The nice extra is that I have two kayaks and a little boat, which you can use for free. Wifi for internet is available and included in the price. Dieren is a village of 16000 inhabitants and is situated between two fine cities: Arnhem and Zutphen, both 15 kilometers form Dieren, Dieren is on the river IJssel and divides a hilly landscape (de Veluwe) and a more county style part, called the Achterhoek. There are 5 historical cities within 25km (Zwolle, Kampen, Harderwijk, Hattem, Elburg).There are several castles nearby. Within 25km there are five theme parks which are great for children or adult groups. 1 hour drive to Amsterdam and 90 minutes by train. 90 Minutes by train/car from Schiphol airport.
