Im Erdegeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Duschbad und die Küche inkl. Wohnraum. Oben befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Hochbett (1,40 m breit) und einem Schlafsofa. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Küchenutensilien, Herd, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ferienpark de Kreek/ Aquadelta auf der Zeeland-Insel Schouwen-Duiveland in den Niederlanden. Der Ferienpark ist eingebettet von Wäldern und Wiesen, die von kleinen Bachläufen durchzogen sind. Einer der schönsten Strände der Region finden Sie in Renesse (ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt). Hier laden Strandrestaurants z.B. zu einem Mittagsimbiss ein und von den Sonnenterrassen kann man die ganze Weite des Strandes und der Dünen überblicken. Aber auch das Grevelingenmeer lädt mit seinen ausgedehnten Liegewiesen zu einem erholsamen Sonnentag am Meer ein. Auch zu anderen Jahreszeiten, bewahrt sich die Insel ihr besonderes Flair: Bruinisse: Ein Wahrzeichen von Bruinisse ist die große Muschel, die am Hafen zu finden ist. Bruinisse lebt heute noch größtenteils vom Fisch- und Muschelfang. Am Hafen finden Sie deshalb auch das Fischereimuseeum. Der beste Platz um das Kommen und Gehen der Boote zu beobachten ist an der Schleuse. Zierikzee: Zierikzee ist die größte Stadt der Insel. Sie finden hier neben zahlreichen modernen Geschäften auch viele denkmalgeschützte Gebäude. Innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer finden Sie zwei bedeutende Museen: Im Stadthuismuseum erfahren Sie mehr über die Geschichte der Insel, der Stadt und ihrer Gebräuche während sich im Matitem Museum, daß sich im alten Gefängnis befindet, der Schwerpunkt auf die maritime Geschichte der Stadt gelegt wird Renesse: Hier finden Sie zahlreiche Diskotheken und Bars. In den Abendstunden trifft sich hier die Jugend und genießt das Nachtleben bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Haamstede: Dieser kleine Ort strahlt viel Ruhe aus. An der Hauptstraße, die durch Bäume beschattet wird, finden sich viele Aussichtsterrassen mit Blick auf das Schloß Hamsteede. Im Sommer finden hier zahlreiche Veranstaltungen statt. Description:I have a modern house in a quiet neighboorhoud along a canal where are passing boats, kayaks, ducks and other birds. 5-10 min walk to city center. If you like I can give you a guided tour of Mechelen which is worth a visit: medieval houses, nice shopping, good pubs, etc. You can explore other Belgian cities from my place. 5 min walk to the main station. 17 min by train to Brussels Central Station, 16 min to Antwerp Central Station, 44 min – Gent, 78 min to Brugge, 22 min to Leuven. The trains in Belgium are comfortable, so no need to rent a car. There is a direct train from Amsterdam Centr or Amsterdam Schiphol (airport) to Mechelen, every hour. My house is a nice spot for starting your cycling tour along different canals. I have some old but still good bicycles you can use. Near to swimming pool and I can show you interesting running tours. There is Wifi in the house. If you can't bring your own computer you can use mine. Also television (Dutch and French spoken) and DVD. Parking space is in front of the door (only the first 15 min are for free) or 500 m further it's for free. If your car is not too big you can fit it in my garage which you can use for free. There is a bathroom with shower, a fully-equiped kitchen and living room/piano room/library. There is also a garden. Wireless internet is also available. The neighborhood is quite multi-cultural, which has a lot of advantages. Most important maybe is that there are a lot of cheap shops where you can buy food for next-to-nothing (bakeries, chicken stands, etc...) There is a big public transport hub (Rabot) at 300m, which connects to almost all important lines. Also, there is a tram/busstop at 150m from the house. Naarden Vesting is a monumental and historic vesting village near Amsterdam (15 min. drive) which is surrounded in with water to protect the village in ancient times. It is an unique place in the Netherlands for culture an near the Gooi lake as a nature monument where you can sail, kitesurf (Gooi meer), play golf (Naarder golfclub), biking or just for making nice walks. It is also the homebase of one of Hollands' most famous Dutch interior Designers Jan des Bouvrie with the historic Arsenaal to expose and sell his work. It has it all: museums, a fort, many restaurants (from modern, top, to simple and classic), design, shops and a lovely saturday market. And on one hand a small village surrounded by nature.. That is probably why it has been rated as one of the best places to live in in The Netherlands. Description:We live in a small monumental house on the eastside of Utrecht city centre. Our house is an oldie, built in 1898, and has a livingroom, an open kitchen, 2 toilets, a jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms and a garden (south and sunny). In one bedroom you'll find a lits-jumeaux and in the other, smaller room it's possible to make a bed for a third person, or a bed for two small children. In our kitchen you'll find a SMEG stove with oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk foamer. In our garden - which is pretty big for Dutch city gardens especially in Utrecht - we have a WEBER BBQ on gas, so it's useable all the time. We also like to grow veggies and berries, so everything that grows here, you can eat. And finally we've got 2 racingbikes (with big locks) you can use to bike into the sparkling city centre of Utrecht. You'l be there in only 5 minutes! Utrecht is - according to National Geographic - a bizarrely under-visited and graceful city. Just like Amsterdam (which is only 20 minutes from Utrecht) the old town is encircled by a medieval canal. Take a boat ride, it's worth it! Utrecht’s impressive townhouses nowadays are filled with bohemian cafes, amazing shops, great restaurants and bars. We know quite a few nice spots you can visit. Ofcourse Utrecht has some wonderful museums too. The Nijntje (Miffy) House, The Rietveld House and The Central Museum are the most visited. Utrecht is also a good starting place for a trip to almost anywhere. Amsterdam is 20 minutes away, Rotterdam and The Hague 40 minutes and Haarlem is just 50 minutes away. The train (just a 10 minute bike ride from our house) will take you to these nice cities and for the most part you can also take a ride back at night! In Dutch this is called the nachtnet and it works very well. Because Holland is quite small a visit to Belgium (Antwerp is very nice and about 1 hour and 30 minutes away) and Germany (Dusseldorf is an hour and 30 minutes away) is also an option. Blaricum is the number 1 or 2 place to live in The Netherlands, with many restaurants, spacious neighborhood, hospital, and well positioned, also it is superb to go cycling or walking.The public transport is no good, we should think you would need a car. The house is an ideal base for exploring Amsterdam and surrounding areas and accommodates a family of 4 or 5 easily. The house has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated and equipped with modern appliances. It is located in Naarden, a charming, historic, fortress village, shaped like a 6-point star. The house has a newly renovated, modern, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and “American” refrigerator. The dining area and living room are spacious and open up to the garden, a perfect spot for enjoying the late summer evenings. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a separate shower and a tub. You also have access to a washer and dryer. There are two other rooms that are locked and unavailable. The house is comfortably furnished and includes: - cable tv, dvd, stereo - sofa, reclining chair and dining table for 6-8 persons - two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a double bed and single bunk bed - free wireless internet access - full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, large oven - washing machine and dryer - and bicycles upon request! The house is close to Amsterdam (20 km), Hilversum (10 km), Utrecht (30 km), Schiphol Airport (30 km), all easily accessible by train from the Naarden-Bussum train station, which is a 15-minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Trains leave to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hilversum and Schiphol every 15 minutes. The house is also conveniently located close to highway A1 and there is plenty of free parking in front of the house. The central location and access to main highways makes it an ideal starting point to almost every destination in the Netherlands. The charming center of Naarden Vesting has excellent restaurants and is a 10-minute walk or (less than) 5 minute bike ride from the house. Naarden also has wonderful access to beautiful cycling and hiking trails through some of the most beautiful nature areas close to Amsterdam and is a great area for outdoor sports. There is a beach on the lake, 5 minutes from the house and the immediate area offers sailing, tennis, golf, soccer, sport club, and a swimming pool all within very close proximity.
