The large bathroom houses separate spaces for showering and bathing, as well as the laundry. Walk up the open staircase with custom mountain laurel railings to a loft bedroom with a double bed. Just through a door, the master bedroom is a huge space with a queen bed, lots of natural light, a convenient screened lavatory, ample storage and a large seating area. The many skylights and walls of windows make this house a perfect sanctuary in the woods. Outdoors, enjoy feeding the trout in the big pond out front, hiking the trails on the property, or eating on the wrap-around porch, which is also the perfect place to plan a birding walk or trip to downtown. Description:We invite you to bring your family and friends to Brevard for a relaxing stay at Point of View. nThe chalet style house features a magnificent multi-story native stone fireplace in the sunny, spacious Great Room. Soft fleece blankets, books, playing cards, puzzles, wi-fi and a flat screen cable television are provided for when you just want to loaf. If cooking is your thing, you will find the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, casserole dishes, food processor and the like so cooking is a breeze. We also strive to keep a basic supply of dried herbs & spices, oils, and sweeteners so you don't have to spend a fortune on basics at the grocery store just to cook a flavorful meal. Once the cooking is done there is a large dining table in the Great Room that seats eight to ten people. In warm weather, you might want to dine on the deck with the pastoral valley view as a backdrop for your meal. As for sleeping, the three bedrooms are comfortably appointed with a queen size bed in the master bedroom on the main level and double beds in the two upstairs bedrooms.
