Description:The apartment is fully furnished, it has American style kitchen and balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa which can be pulled out to become a double sofa bed, so I can accommodate 4 people, but comfortably 2-3 people. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower and washing-machine. The toilet is separated. The kitchen has every utensils, fridge, electric stove, microwave. Description:Your apartment is located in an exclusive residential neighbourhood in central Budapest which makes it quiet at night-time but in easy to reach of all the sights. In addition to being a short walk from the Castle District and the Danube, it has excellent public transport connections and is 250m from a key tram line that gives you access to the whole city. Nearby there are local eateries, supermarkets and parks. For children there are two very good playgrounds close by. Most guests are surprised at how spacious the apartment is. Built in 1920, its thick walls keep the apartment cool in the Summer and warm and cosy in the Winter. We bought, renovated and lived in it for two years – so we are not offering you an “investment” property from a portfolio but a place where we decided to live ourselves and its location and character sealed it for us. We continue to use the apartment to host friends and family during our stays in Budapest throughout the year. Located about 10 minutes walk from the river Danube – and within 5 minutes of parks, shops, and public transport this apartment is situated in a perfect location from which to explore one of the world’s great cities. 15 minute leisurely walk to the historic St. Luke Baths (Lukács Fürdö). Local Amenities: The arterial and very new No.4/6 tram stops ~200m from the door as it crosses the road at the end of our street (i.e. not rolling past the apartment!). The M2 (red) metro line stops 10 minutes walk from the door – or 2 stops on the M4/6 tram. Between the two of them they give excellent access to most of the city. A major shopping centre (Mammut) and its adjoining (excellent) food market are both within 10 minutes walk from the door and even nearer there are two local supermarkets, a fruit’n veg. shop, a drug store (health/beauty products store), a pharmacy, and a 24h grocery store. Location, In addition to the traditional full service airlines, Budapest is served budget airlines Easyjet, Germanwings, Jet2, Ryanair and Wizzair.
