Description:This stunning villa in the Caleta development of Palmilla is none of our best located beachfront properties. Expansive ndecks, courtyards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, driving range and nputting green, teak patio furniture and several dining areas nmake the outdoor spaces of this vacation home a delight. nThe five bedrooms of the main house consist of a master nsuite on the pool level with king size bed, full bath ncomplete with a large sunken bathtub and dressing area, and nterrace complimenting the stunning view. The children 's nroom is located on the same level directly behind the nmaster suite and features two twin beds and an ensuite nbathroom. nOne level up there are three more bedrooms. Two of these nhave two double beds each, ensuite bathrooms and a shared nlarge terrace. These two bedrooms are connected via an ninterior door. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite nand private terrace. nThe main living area is separted from the rest of the house nin the Mexican Hacienda style. It features a large dining ntable, commerical kitchen with double fridge and 6 burner ngas stove. The sunken living room is on the pool level and nhas a wood burning fire place and plenty of comfortable nseating. nThe large infinity pool truly looks like it extends into the ndeep blue of the Sea of Cortez. A few steps down take you nto the outdoor jacuzzi on your way to the beach. This level nalso has a very nice 4 hole putting green. nSome more steps down and you are on one of the most stunning nbeaches in the world. The soft white sand seems to go on nforever as is curves into the world famous Palmilla Cove nwhere you can hire a panga for an offshore fishing trip. nSteps down on the other side of the pool take you to a large npalapa covered outdoor living space. The circular area has ncushoined seating all around and in the center is a nbeautiful double hammock. Everyone should try laying in nthis hammock as it is truly one of the most relaxing npleasures you will ever experience. nThis family oriented house also has a 5 bedroom guest house nnext door with an additional swiming pool.
