Description:Our house is spacious, bright and cozy. White walls and bare floorboards in most rooms, open kitchen giving onto the dining room. Private Wifi available. The 'master bedroom' has a queen-size bed. the second room has a smaller (but good for 2 people) Victorian iron bed, with window on the garden. The garden is facing southwest, great for lunches in the sun! Our cat is friendly, but won't be in your way. There's a shop across the street, for essentials. Nunhead cemetery is great for walks, and will lead you to the very good fishmonger (FC Soper) on Nunhead lane, and a bit further north to the deli 'Frog on the Green'(fab courgette fritters!). There's also Peckham Rye Park, on the other side of which lays Lordship Lane, full of bars, restaurants, delis. 5 minutes walk is Honor Oak Park, if you like a hill. Travel is good via Brockley or Honor Oak Park stations, 10 minutes to London Bridge or 20 minutes to trendy Shoreditch. Free on-street parking.... more info >>

Description:ACCOMMODATION A gorgeous modern self contained apartment within our Victorian house with its own entrance and cute back garden. The apartment is extremely well located for many tourist areas of London and the local daily markets and shops, including a great 24/7 grocery/deli just 2 minutes away. The apartment is within an 1870's house, but has a modern very characterful design, making full use of the space. You enter through the side gate, walk through the garden across the decking and into the apartment though the double doors. It's has a lovely cosy atmosphere and is a real den to escape to. The first space you come to is the lounge with lots of very comfortable large bean bags and cushions. The small kitchen area is off to one side and includes all the regular kitchen appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and two ring hob. Through the arch (which has a sliding door) is the large double bedroom with ensuite shower/wet room with lots of mirrors. There is a very comfortable Kaymed king size bed with lovely white Egyptian cotton bedlinen. We supply plenty of fluffy white towels. RATES The room rate advertised applies to 2 people sharing the kingsize bed. If required, an additional bed for a charge of £50 could be provided in the lounge area (ideally for 1 additional guest, but could sleep 2). It's a very good double Jay-Be Royal Pocket Comfort Folding Guest Bed. Please email me for more details to see what works best for you. NB: If you require 2 beds and are only 2 guests, can you please select 3 guests so the fee for the extra bed is included in your offer. Generally there is a minimum booking of 3 nights, however, depending on availability, the time of the year and week shorter stays might be considered. Please drop me an email. I usually do not change a cleaning fee like many hosts, but for 2 nights I may add on a cleaning fee of £25. Description:in leafy south east London, five mins walk from the beautiful open spaces of Peckham Rye, ten minutes walk from East Dulwich village (whose high street was recently voted the best in London!) bursting with bars, restaurants and great shops. There's parks galore and a swimming pool/gym a twenty minute walk awame from home with wooden flooring downstairs, a master bedroom boasting superking bed, (and TV) another room with a single bed (a great childrens' room) and a third with a double sofa bed. There's a TV/DVD/Ipod docking station, wireless internet access. We also have a little garden complete with decking,tables and chairs, slide and sand pit. The overground station is a fifteen min walk away with a ten min journey into Victoria or 15 mins to Blackfriars. There are also fantastic bus services into central London. Description:I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, this is very spacious, especially for London. With a balcony that overlooks a canal as it runs into the Thames, just throwing distance away. You are equidistant from the London Bridge and Bermondsey tube stations. Just next to one of the most famous bridges in the city and the Tower of London. Don't want to travel around by tube or bus? The ferry can pick you up just a few minutes walk from the flat. There is also a parking space that comes with the flat, should you need one. The kitchen is big and has all appliances one might need. There is a flat screen tv and comfy leather couch in the lounge, washer/dryer, Wii, etc. It is a nice, safe building with a doorman. A group travelling together could easily all fit in, there are two double rooms for couples, 2 full bathrooms, and two couches that a big enough to sleep on. The full kitchen and dining area makes cooking and dining in just as easy as going out. There is a shop with all basic needs open just downstairs till 11pm every night and there are lots of nice restaurants and good pubs in the area. This flat is both family friendly and gay friendly.
