Description:Casa Simpatica is located outside of Barcelona (40km) and only minutes away from the sea (3Km). The owners have restored Casa Simpatica recently and are happy to welcome you to their warm and friendly home. Casa Simpatica can accommodate up to 8 people* in its 3 bedrooms. There is a private pool and very large garden (3000 m2). Guests can buy the eggs and fresh organic fruits and vegetables grown on the property. The family also makes organic creams and oils. This is a relaxing environment in the country yet near the action of Barcelona and next to the sea. n*Prices listed below are for 6 guests. For the 7th or 8th guests please add $280/per person for the week. The living area at Casa Simpatica is very pleasant with living room just next to the dining area and kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, TV, DVD player etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two outdoor patios with places to eat and of course a BBQ. In the living room, there are stairs leading up to a mezzanine which can sleep an additional two guests. nThe first two bedrooms have two single beds and the third has a queen size bed. There are also two bathrooms. One has a shower and the second has a tub. There are various children's games on the property and there are bicycles as well. For those interested in golf, there is a golf course only 10 Km away! nCasa Simpatica has air conditioning and it is possible to have meals prepared for you.
