Description:High ceilings with old beams living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice and perfectly working live in kitchen, balcony you can eat out, enjoyn the bright sun or the fresh night, white chalk walls, natural wooden floors painted with organic orange transparent oil for protection, all the electric implants are organized in a way you do not suffer from armfuls magnetic fields. Child safe and built to have my four years baby the full freedom to play on a worm and safe floor. It is virtually located on the side hill leading to the ancien row of walls from the middle age town facing our entrance from the north side. from our windows we see the mediterraneum sea facing the south! The house is not very big but really well built and the disposition of the rooms is great. It makes the house look bigger when is very easy to clean and live in... Perfect for vacations or to retreat in peace and harmony with nature contemplation. In Capalbio beauty is everywhere! We love our little house and love to be there.
