Description:The country house Poggio is a two storey stone-building in a 120 hectars farm near Orvieto. On the first floor there are three bedooms, all with own bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace and a divan bed. There is also a kitchen with a fireplace, a small lavatory, a store room and a veranda. The house is furnished with old country furniture and surrounded by a big garden (with barbeque) which opens on the fields and the valley. From them you can see the typical villages of Sermugnano and Castiglione in Teverina and the Alviano lake. The holiday-house has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture. It is equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week.... more info >>
