Description:Nestled in the quiet and green 5 minutes from the Metro FM3, with which you can reach in less than half an hour, St. Peter's and Trastevere is our B & B just in the north-west of Rome, within the GRA near the hospital of S. Philip Blacks, all 'Catholic University and the Policlinico Gemelli. The Peperosa is a detached house completely renovated and equipped with a lush private garden, where you can enjoy in the winter months because of the favorable exposure to the sun. The house is cozy and quiet, sober tones and essential and is spread over two floors. The district, a residential neighborhood in the outskirts of Rome, is quiet and has a 24-hour transport service. Everything is at hand and immediately accessible on foot, shopping center, supermarket, pharmacy, cinema (with its 10 rooms is one of the largest in the city) restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, open spaces green gardens where joggers, dog area for your puppy, the amusement park with rides for children, the church, the 'shrine, anything you might need during your stay. The simply furnished rooms and modern are upstairs and give our guests the utmost confidentiality. The two bathrooms are distributed one per floor with mirror, hair dryer, separate tub and shower. Downstairs there are common areas that overlook the garden reached by a glass door. The environment is spacious and equipped with all amenities. And 'possible to prepare a coffee or breakfast area allocated to them delighting in the view of the garden and when the temperatures allow it to consume the balconies that overlook it. And 'possible to use a fast wi-fi (available throughout the house), read a book, listen to music or watch TV. Of course, your puppies are welcome! For stays longer than 3 nights the house was available, with a small extra charge, additional services such as using the washing machine, bikes and full use of the kitchen.
