The apartment consists of: double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and a furnished balcony. Private parking for 5 € per day. In the apartment there are guides and maps of Rome, bus schedules and details of season-ticket, map of bars, restaurants closer, the pizza at home and Italian recipes. The rate includes the following services: air conditioning, heating, internet point, hairdryer, bed linen, table linen, TV, ironing board, iron, camping bed child. € 100 security deposit is required to ensure any damage. The amount will be returned upon departure. The house is located near a characteristic area of Rome called Milvian Bridge. It 'a meeting place for many young people, especially on weekends, because it is full of cafes and snack bars for happy hour, romantic restaurants and pizzerias.It 's just 30 minutes from the Vatican, 15 minutes from the Olympic Stadium, the Auditorium, from Maxxi museum. Description:The flat is at the second floor of a three floor building with 2 comfortable and cozy rooms, a well furnished kitchen with balcony and a bathroom with a very large shower! There is a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room, in addition to the sofà, you'll find a (solid wood with futon) single bed. Then there is also the possibility to add another camping bed if you are more than 3. The apartment has been renewed recently and is in the heart of Pigneto, famous for being the location of many important titles of the italian cinema: Roma città aperta and Accattone were shooted here. Today Pigneto is the most hip area of the city similar to Brick Lane in London or Friedschaine in Berlin. The apt. is very close to the pedestrian area where in the morning you can find an open market and in the evening is filled with wine bars, libraries, film clubs and great places to eat. Maybe You'd like to spend a day in the magnificent wood of Manziana and watch its vulcanic phenomenas or visit the old town of Tolfa for the jazz Festival (August). If you won't be too busy you might catch the train to visit Rome which is just 22-28 mins away to S.Peter's.The train station is within walking distance. At this point you might be tired so why not taking a day break and walk to the swimming pool(from mid june to mid September) or play tennis in the tennis court or sunbath in the best club in town (less than 30mts away). What if you could leave your children play in the protected ambience of the courtyard and supervise them from your window? Me and my wife are both professionals in the catering business so making people happy is part of our job. Marina di Palo is a small town that fills up in summer due to its vicinity to Rome, so it's full of Restaurants and bars which are open all year around. Summer is beautiful but the town gets packed best times of the year are spring and Fall unless like me, you enjoy the sea in winter time.
