It is situated by Ariccia, a pleasant small city with a wonderful panoramic main square planned by the famed Bernini, also known for its economical characteristic restaurants. The closest Rome s metro stop, served by straight bus, is only 2.5 miles from the villa, which is also well linked with the Roman freeways and airports: from Fiumicino you can be at the accommodation in 40 minutes, and from Ciampino in 20 minutes. Situated in the core of the Roman Castles' Natural Park, in a gated vicinity open only to residents, this accommodation is perfect for those who search for a fresh location close to Rome, without forgoing the conveniences of a detached home with large lawn and double door garage. An ideal site for children with its ample private lawn, it is the suitable location for an enjoyable stay in the lovely landscape of the Roman Castles at 20 minutes from Rome. Very pleasant fresh climate even in the hottest periods. With its five cozy bedrooms, in the villa there is room for 10 persons and 1 child in a small bed. The very ample lounge is furnished with fireplace, LCD stereo 16/9 TV, DVD/DivX player, DVD movie collection with films in English and French, and Hi Fi with CD/tape playback and tuner. The large veranda, provided with roller sun screen and full outdoor furnishings, is great for enjoying the cool Roman countryside while preparing the renowned regional specialties on the barbecue. At your disposition there is also a kitchen provided with every useful domestic device: fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan. In the villa are disponible an ample study and three bathrooms. The accommodation is equipped with washer, hairdryer, iron/ironing board. Bed sheets and bathroom towels are provided. Changeover day at your choice, minimum stay: usually 4 nights. The accommodation is situated by Ariccia, a nice ancient town in the outskirts of Rome planned by the famed Bernini. Its renowned Chigi Palace and the unique view over Rome and the Roman countryside make it an international tourist attraction since the last two centuries. This excellent position lets you to stay in a fresh spacious house in a Natural Park, and get to Rome in minutes by metro or the ample quick freeways: the closest metro stop, served by straight bus, is only 2.5 miles from the villa, whereas you can go to Rome by car in around 20 minutes. And to get to the busy downtown Rome is not inconvenient: the quick and straightforward freeways will bring you to the Palatine or the Colosseum in around 35 minutes, without having to worry about car admission and parking. The house is also well situated by the main sites around Rome: in 5 to 10 minutes you are at the renowned lakes of Albano and Nemi, at the papal residence of Castel Gandolfo, at the panoramic town of Rocca di Papa, at Frascati and at the famous ancient city of Tuscolo. In around 30 minutes you can get to the ancient town of Palestrina, to the fashion outlet of Valmontone and to the Roman beach, whereas in 45 minutes you can go to Villa Adriana, Villa d Este and the beach of Anzio. Description:The Elfo is a house that is 300 meters from the mill house, which is the second half of '600. Reached by the Via dei Laghi at km 14 by a dirt road, is the ideal place for nature lovers and tranquility, rest and also outdoor cooking (wood oven, barbecue), where you can go horseback riding (300m) , hiking or biking, canoeing the lakes of Nemi (5Km) and Castel Gandolfo (11Km) or reach the countries of the Castelli Romani (Nemi, Ariccia, Genzano, Albano, Frascati, Grottaferrata, Rocca di Papa, etc. ) and of course Rome, the Eternal City. You can reach the places preferred by: car or supplied on arrival, train station (7km Albano connected to Rome's Termini Station) buses (transit in Genzano 6 km) Metro Rome (20Km). Description:Duna is situated near the beautiful city of Sperlonga and the historical town of Gaeta, one of Lazio 's most famous cities known for its artistic beauty. Duna is split into two completely self-contained units, each with its own entrance and private outside space. The main unit overlooks the sea through a pretty arch. The smaller one, which is on the other side away from the sea, is occupied occasionally by the owners ' relatives. Description:La Casa Beatrice is situated in the vicinity of Porto Rafael on a unspoiled stretch of coast, where its natural state is intact and wild, it is an isolated house with only one neighbour, a few metres from the water, in surrounding countryside that has no equal in Sardinia or even in the Mediterranean area as a whole. A country road leads from the main road to the house, shaded parking is provided. The house lies high on the cliff and is surrounded by rocks and a variety of plants, such as myrtle, juniper, ilex and strawberry trees. From the front of the house, you can gaze at the islands of Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, and Santo Stefano, and, in the distance, the mountain peaks of Corsica.
